I had an awesome experience with the sales rep. She was knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I loved being able to walk in and see all of the products and have someone walk me through what products would give me my desired results.As for the products, I would highly recommend them. I love wash and goes. With the curl enhancing Jelly you don't need to apply more product just spray a bit of water to refresh your curls and go!

I was able to book my consult online which was very easy, I was then met with a welcome email and further details on how to prepare for my appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how much information she was interested in knowing about my lifestyle. My hair has needed some real good TLC. I left feeling encouraged, loving my hair and loving how the products worked in my hair. Susan took her time to ensure that we spoke about all that was needed. Upon purchasing my haul I was happy to know that my consult would be followed up with full details and recommendations personalized for me through email for my own personal future reference. The experience has been one that will for sure make me a repeat customer. After my first wash and application of my new products I received so many compliments to now having friends asking where they could go to get these products!! Happy to be part of this curly girl journey and have these wonderful products to nourish my hair!!

My hairdresser used the curl cream and the conditioner on my hair. My hair felt so soft, never had had this feeling with any other product. It may be my go to from now on!

I liked this brand but even with discounts from sales...its sooo very expensive!!!!I spent over $450.And they couldn't even offer free shipping. Products are all in Grams so its hard to tell how big/small they really are. When I ordered online thinking the sizes were descent... I was SURPRISED... Miniature should be the description for many of the sizes...im talking travel samole size small yet over 10 bucks...Absolutely ridiculous.
