brought my pet (dog) for a grooming. was abit nervous as another location of petsmart didnt do a good job and my dog was scared to go back there.but when brought to the ajax location they treated her well and she came out happy as well.

Place is clean and furry friendly. They have pet day care and hotel in the back. The grooming salon at the front.There weren't many sale items during Boxing day. The Cesar wet food packs have gone up. Xmas clothing and toys were on sale. Best big box store for pets. Good selection and you can earn Perks points for future discounts.

My best experience yet. Knowledgeable staff in the fish department, great recommendations. Had an issue with my fish tank and one conversation fixed it, tank is clear. I am happy and impressed.

Lori was fabulous working with Bailey; my 14 month old Great Pyrenesse rescue dog. She was patient, soft spoken to him, kind and understanding of his situation. Bailey will be coming back to see her again!

Clean, well lit, friendly and helpful staff. No dead fish in the tanks, critters all looked well taken care of. Their tanks were clean, they had plenty of water and food.

Great place for kids to come and look at fishes and pets they have .Place is very clean. Wish they had more staff to help. Notice one person by the fish area ... person chatting for more than 25 min.. when seen him outside he did not purchase anything lolBut lucky was helped my the cash counter lady. Very nice helpful and knowledgeable.Brought our first pet in Canada...wahoo...hope it last long for our kids

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. Had the worst experience ever. Not sure what they did but they traumatized my dog and she pooed in their kennel and refused the cut. They could not say what had happened. I went to the Whitby location after and the groomers there said that they heard bad things about the groomers at this Ajax location and said the staff is constantly leaving. They also said they had to shut down the grooming for a few months as there was no staff. They also don't answer their phones so good luck trying to even make an appointment.

I used to love coming to this location since I moved to the area. But today, I came in to buy dog food, went up to the cash, and the cashier was oblivious that I was standing there, ready to cash out . She was on her phone. I moved to another cashier. She then raised her head from her phone and took another customer. I pointed out to her that I was in line, and she was on her phone, and she giggled. Very unprofessional PETSMART. (Short, stocky, short haired lady….no name tag)
