The technician Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my zillion questions. What a difference since the vents were cleaned. I still have my furnace on. Honesty is very important to me. Over the years I had different companies at my house but was never told I had a dead vent. Did not know what it meant.Jacob deducted the cost of that vent from my invoice. It might not be much but the honesty meant a lot to me. I have mentioned National Duct to my family and friends because I know I will use this company again and ask for JACOB. After reading this review I hope you do the same

Had National Duct for HVAC and vent cleaning today. Jacob is our technician during the service, and he performed all the tasks very meticulously. Upon arrival, he gave an overview of what he's going to do, and patiently explain any questions that I have. The cleaning + disinfecting + dryer vent cleaning took about 1 hour. Professional, patient, and very friendly technician. From inquiring quotes to cleaning process, I have nothing but great experience with National Duct Toronto. Highly recommend to anyone.
