From the moment that we called Alair Homes Bellville to see if they would take on our home build we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. We spoke to Brendan Troy, and he was enthusiastic, sincere and extremely attentive. He was always honest, detailed and extremely helpful (since we have never built a house before). We realised quickly we could trust this team to complete our home even from Toronto.Fast forward about 9 months and we are writing this review in our new living room in the house which we (family of 4) have now lived in for a month and couldn’t be happier.It has exceeded our expectations and is exactly what we discussed from the beginning. Brendan's team was great as well. Adrian & Jeff were lovely and fantastic to deal with.We can't praise this company enough! Couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout!PS - our home was completed on time and under budget even through the COVID-19 pandemic... that’s a reason enough to trust these guys.

After purchasing a home near Stirling last year, we discovered our attached garage has some pretty serious structural issues. Being new to the area, we didn’t know who to call or where to start. After calling several other places and not hearing back, we called Alair and the call was directly answered by Brendan Troy. Brendan was friendly, understanding of our plight and very knowledgeable. He followed up right away and visited us on-site in a timely fashion. He made great recommendations and connected us with some excellent people who will help us fix our issue. He was very honest with us right from the beginning and his integrity was undeniable. He made us feel looked after and like part of the community. We would definitely recommend him and Alair Homes. We look forward to working with him/them in the future when we are ready for further, more extensive home renovations. Customer service is not dead and communication goes a long way to making clients feel heard and respected. Two thumbs up!

We worked with Brendan to capture a recent renovation project of his for a 130 year old farmhouse. The project came together beautifully and we were honoured to capture the end results. We spoke with his client while we were there as well and they were thrilled with the project and how it came together! From what we understand, Brendan's process is 100% transparent and clients always have access to the costing on their project. What an amazing concept that shows the honest and integrity of Brendan and Alair Homes Belleville. Brendan is a fantastic guy to work with as well. Strong communication skills, a fair negotiator and always values the work of others. We have used Brendan on few different occasions for renovation projects and are continually impressed. The projects are always well organized, on time and very well done. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Alair Homes from Gateway Community Health Centre in Tweed. Through a mutual contact, word got to Alair Homes that we needed assistance with putting hooks up on the wall for our pre-school aged participants. Peter Burley, the General Manager called and Brad, one of the carpenters from Alair Homes came to have a look that very same day. We never imagined that from initial contact to job completion it would only be 4 days! (I know that was lucky) Brad came back in to complete the job and he was kind, courteous and competent. It was 'just a small job' but it made a BIG difference to us! Thanks for supporting your community.

My sister and brother in-law hired Alair homes again because they and their family have also hired them over the years and they all know how exceptionally great they are. I am writing the review because I was living in the home where they were working while sis was away. Bill and his assistant Derek were absolutely skillful, communicative and always available for any questions. In fact there were a few times where they just went that extra mile just to help me out. They made sure to consult us for every decision and when minds were changed, they were more than happy to shift direction! I really was blown away to see everything come together so well. All the contractors from the tilers to the carpenters to the painters were adept at the work they had to do and everything was finished with complete care in the time arranged time frame. If I ever have a home built or renovated you can bet I would call Alair homes!

I have used Alair’s services on more than one occasion and I have found that Brendan approaches each project as if he is the client. He understands what is needed and knows how to get it done in the most effective and efficient way. His communication is stellar – always thorough and spot on with the right answers. It is always a pleasure to work with him. I give him/them my highest recommendation.
