Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports - Cloquet

We recently hired Chem-Dry of the Twin Ports to clean the carpet in our camper. They did a fabulous job! There were stains that are completely gone! And very reasonably priced! Steve and Teresa are so nice to work with and are very knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company for all your carpet cleaning needs! Thank you !

This company is phenomenal! When another cleaning company put us in a bind, Chem-Dry not only saved the day, but they rearranged their day to help us out AND did a fantastic job on the carpet. I highly recommend Chem-Dry if you are looking for a quality cleaning company and a company with a heart.

This is the third time we've used Chem-Dry from Cloquet! We used them in our rentals before and now we had them do our carpets and area rugs at home. They looked brand new when they got done, even the traffic areas!! They are so pleasant to deal with as well. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Very disappointed I had my entry rugs cleaned. They smelt worse than before. It was wet dog smell. I cleaned them after with my little bissel cleaner and the water was disgusting. A high traffic area stairs and living room carpet. They cleaned around my furniture didn’t clean most of the corners of the room and the stairs didn’t look much better you could still see the dirt line that was on either side of the runner I had in place. When I asked the kid he said “ya I even went over it twice, I don’t know” well I went over it with the little bissel and it came fairly clean.I called the company after to let them know. I sent pictures of the job. He was very apologetic on the phone and said I will get back to you. That was 2 wks ago.

Chem Dry did a great job for us. Thry came when promised. They got out some really old stains in the carpet. Will definitely use their service again.

We recently had Chem-Dry do some carpets in two rental buildings and we were very happy with how they turned out!! One was a long hallway in a commercial building that had a lot of traffic and we were amazed at how it looked when they got done! We are so glad we tried Chem-Dry and we recommend them to anyone!! Steve and Teresa were so accommodating in picking up our rug and dropping it off. AND the 12x6 cotton, braided rug, which had urine and dirt embedded, is now smelling fresh and the bright colors are back. I have other rugs I will gladly have them clean.
