So my husband bought me a shoes for Xmas,but the one he got me too tight for me,.so we went to the store for exchange at Macleod branch,they don't have my size and told us that they will order it and will deliver directly to our house..so here what i received yesterday,.TWO LEFT SHOES,.it address from your store,so disappointed,looks like the staff just grab the box and didn't even bother to open it and check inside,.come on..

Good selection of low quality/cheaply made shoes. A lot are actually over priced for the quality. If you're looking for a good pair of running shoes do not even begin to look here...go to an actual sports store. However if you want dress shoes, casual shoes or boots they have a pretty good selection.

Went in to return a pair of shoes bought for me as a gift with the original receipt and could not get and exchange so I asked for a refund. They stated they could only give me store credit even though I brought the original receipt and their own policy displayed full refund or exchange.
