Had a great massage from one of the RMT's. Had sore neck and back, but after massage felt amazing. The environment is so clean and so nice inside. The staff at front desk were amazing and so polite and accommodating. Can't say enough good things about NEWS. Already have another massaged booked and will continue to book.

Just visited the spa store at 6:15pm; As per open hours, it should’ve been open but the woman over there put the close sign while the door was open. Me n my sister were excited to get appointment for our first facial but the receptionist was so rude as she abruptly asked what do you want? We told her about what we are looking for but she treated us like it’s expensive or whatsoever and was continuously pointing on the price range even when I told her money is not the issue.I had eyebrows services done here before and everyone was very welcoming.But today we were so disappointed as she was so rude for no reason.

Everyone at Niagara Elite Wellness Spa is so kind and professional the moment you walk through the door! I always feel so relaxed and comfortable when going for my Body FX treatments. Denise is so knowledgeable and is able to find the right treatment for your body goals. I did Body FX with Kate and each session she took her time to make sure I was comfortable with the technology . She was so knowledgeable and friendly and I am so pleased with my experience. I have noticed a huge difference in my stomach since my Body FX treatments and it has greatly helped my self esteem surrounding my body. Thank-you so much for an excellent experience!

Just called few minutes ago today was very excited to take my mom here greeted good morning and asked politely “ hello, do you have any time slot available for two today” and the women named mona answered and said impolitely “for what” I said sorry, for massage. She rudely said “No, I got nothing for you today and just hung up”. Went to this place last yr and was very happy for the service that’s why I was excited to take my mom. I am not impressed today with how unprofessional and arrogant the staff was.I was expecting she would offer at least a different day when we can schedule for a massage but was surprised with very rude treatment. The massage therapist I last had from this place was amazing but if the person who answers the phone is rude it will totally set the loyal customers off.

Was visiting the area from the USA and got some laser facial treatments. Was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and cleanliness of the business. I love how my skin looks and feels now. Also, it’s a great deal for Americans since we’re paying in Canadian funds. It’s a big savings with the exchange rate and I feel I’m getting more for my money. Will definitely be going back for more!

This Spa/clinic is top notch! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Squeaky clean facility. Big shout out to Kate. Kate is extremely passionate and knowledgeable in her field of medical aesthetics. She will get you excited about skin care!!! I can be a tad anxious (to put it lightly-lol) when it comes to my rosacea prone skin, and the series of facials that Kate has performed have yielded spectacular results with no irritation. Highly recommend Niagara Elite Wellness Spa.

This is my absolute favourite place to go to! All of the staff is so lovely and always kind and welcoming. I always get massages done and all the RMTs are amazing. My manicures and pedicures are always perfect as well. The entire spa is so calming and it’s always such a relaxing experience when I’m there. Staff at the front desk is always so polite and warm. I tell everyone to come here because of the amazing environment!

I had the best pedicure I have ever had today with Rachel! Not only was she an absolute delight but she was informative, professional and did an incredible job on my feet! I will never go anywhere else. The atmosphere and other estheticians were so sweet as well! I love this place. Thank you Rachel. I can't wait for my next pedicure with you.

Absolutely the best Botox experience I have ever had! Typically I’ve had female nurses, this was my first experience with a man, and a man Dr! I did feel like he took extra care, and was more confident and knowledgeable than the nurses I’ve had elsewhere in the last. This Dr knows his stuff - is extremely kind and gentle. Also talked me out of contemplation of multiple other procedures that he didn’t think were necessary given my condition - despite that meaning less $ spent! Rachel Victoria is a master at lashes & nails, top choice for all of the above! Beautiful place, great value for dollar considering you’re seeing a Dr, and overall fantastic experience! I can’t say enough good about this place. Will definitely be sending all of my friends (mom is booked for Botox next week) and family!

I’ve been to NEWS a couple of times, recently for laser hair removal treatments with Rachel (esthetician) and I’m so impressed with the results and my experience. They have the best of the best IPL machine and it worked wonders in just one treatment. I’ve seen more results in one treatment here than I have in one years worth of sessions elsewhere. Highly recommend!
