We’ve used Harris Waterproofing on two of our rental properties so far. These guys know their business, they are all professional and hardworking and clean up the site when the job is complete. Malcom is very educated and has given a very reasonable price- twice. We will be using Harris Contracting in the future.

I was a bit skeptical at first hiring out a company to waterproof my basement, because I was worried about the cost. However, the guys at Harris Waterproofing really did an honest job with some pretty reasonable pricing. I like the fact that they wrapped everything thoroughly and my basement is no longer leaking!

Great Result! We called Harris Waterproofing after realizing our vertical corrugated pipe running down to the weeping tile was clogged, forcing water through our basement window. I called Malcolm and he was there within a day. He actually hand dug down 8’ to the footing to inspect the pipe and the foundation. Much too our relief, it was only the pipe that was clogged beyond repair and not the foundation. He promptly replaced the pipe and then backfilled. That night we had a major rainstorm and the basement remained completely dry. I have full confidence in his abilities to solve problems. Job well done! Much appreciated.Kelly

I have a really old basement that had a cracked and shifted foundation. I’m really glad I choose Harris Waterproofing, they did a fantastic job, it’s like my basements brand new. They did all the excavation themselves and I watched them expertly seal and lift my foundation. Definitely choose these guys if you’re looking for someone in Grimsby.

But when water leaking began to damage the foundation, then we decided to call the waterproofing company. Earlier we thought that it would be expensive and time taking. But Harris Waterproofing proved us wrong.They fixed all the damages and fully waterproofed our basement.
