Allstate Insurance: Waterloo Agency

On June 27th, I had an unscheduled meeting with George Ljubicic at Williamsburgh Town Centre to resolve a time sensitive matter. He was a pleasure to work with, very efficient, and went above and beyond. It was at the end of the work day, and he made me a priority. I have had good meetings at other locations in the past, but George set the bar. Great representation for Allstate.

We switched to Allstate when moving to our new home in June 2018. I've dealt with both Stephanie and Sarah and they are both very knowledgeable, patient and really easy to talk to. I recently had a minor issue upon renewal and the agency manager Sarah was able to resolve it within minutes over the phone. Great team!

Ruxandra was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. We reviewed all of my vehicles collision policies and she was even nice enough to let me know that they now have roadside assistance. The only downside to the phone call was that I was on hold for about 25 minutes. But it was nothing to do with the service.

Recently had a car accident , they started my claim quickly , provided clear instructions. I hand the injury department call me same day and the physio place call me to set up appointments that same day. Impressed with the service. Makes it a much easier process.

In the most important part of the insurance you need the most is someone to respond to your claim and horrible service you receive no contact , no one responds to your emails when you need them the most when you go through a horrible time during accident with no fault. Good company for just small claims but REALLY not good for Automobile claims at all as they deal with another company for claims .. no response no calls no emails. You have to fight and spend most of your time over an hour on hold waiting then you reach for someone in over seas company or call centre after hours it is time consuming waisting money for sure. And car not getting repaired and sit in parked lot for body shop. Tell me you would go for a company like this answer is No.Really i will not be with them ince my car getting back i will even cancel policy right on the soot i just need my car back after repair

I was a loyal customer for Allstate since Jan 2020 and due to some reasons I had to terminate my policy in Dec 2022. Today I reached them back to get my policy re-instated for a new vehicle.1800 toll free number- Representative will not assist you and will not even provide you a quote, and will redirect you to the home agency which was Allstate Waterloo in my case.I contacted them today and the laid back response which I got right from the beginning was just awful. I was actually excited for my new vehicle which I am buying and was curious to know what will be my policy premium since I was a returning customer for the agency.I got a straight push back stating that I will have to wait for 1 hour since the policy will have to be re-written. Somehow I agreed and the agent asked Sale Agreement for the same.After waiting for 3.5 hours, I sent a heads up email to the agent to which the response was I will do your policy tomorrow your pickup date is Apr 29th."Really!!!!!I will have to wait for 24 hours to get a quote for a vehicle when all other competitors have provided the quote and ready to write the policy on the real time basis?Agency Manager

I was helped by customer service agent Ruxandra Cirlova today to renew my home and auto policy. She is very quick to answer my phone call and provide professional service. She is also very patient answering my questions and processing payments. I received the receipts and proof of auto insurance via email quickly. I am very happy with her service.

Amr Ahmed was very helpful and attentive to our family's insurance needs. He spent lots of time helping us out and gave very good quotes. He was always punctual (for the calls and emails) and never left anything behind, being very attentive to details. He provided good customer service and demonstrated understanding of our situation, and has been very accommodating. Amr Ahmed provided an amazing experience for us as new Allstate clients!
