We can’t say enough about the exceptional work experience we had with Big Creek Handyman (BCH). From start to finish, Matt has quality workmanship, professionalism and responsiveness to customer needs down to a fine art. We recently contracted BCH to complete a series of jobs at our home which ranged from mounting a new exterior water tap, replacing exterior light fixtures and rebuilding the existing deck. Matt met with us to review each of the jobs before following up with a professional quote. Once we agreed to move forward with the project he advised us of the potential start date. Matt always kept us apprised as to his work timeline – which was very much appreciated – and was true to his word. When he said he would be at our home, he was at our home. The complete project was wrapped up on time and Matt left our home in pristine order. Not once did he leave materials behind. We observed Matt’s dedication to doing an excellent job with each aspect of the project and at the end he walked us through each job to ensure they were completed to our satisfaction.We highly recommend Big Creek Handyman to anyone looking for an honest, professional and personable contractor. I highly recommend Big Creek Handyman for any and all jobs. Matt has done 2 jobs for us so far - one inside, one outside - and we hope to use him for many more. He is fair and straight-forward in his communications. He doesn't make promises he can't keep. His work is superb and his standards are high. He is neat and accommodating to changes in plans. We had a brand new deck built last summer by Matt. He did a beautiful job!We would highly recommend Matt for any job you have big or small. We are currently in the middle of a full bathroom renovation right now and it is coming along nicely.
