It was the best training I ever had! Kim is smart, professional, understanding and patient with everybody! She gave us a lot of information and new skills! The day went so fast and we didn’t want to leave!

The Training was well detailed with practicals to get anyone ready to be a Certified First Aider.Our instructor, Dawoud, made sure every one of us understood what he thought before moving to the next topic.I had a very wonderful experience during my training.

Great place for first aid training. Our instructor who was Kim was very thorough and kept it entertaining to keep your attention on the course and not wandering in boredom. Highly recommend using them. You will not regret it and it is a good day full of useful education from someone with a lot of experience.

Absolutely great experience, very informative and easy to understand and follow. Very clear on the instructions and always ready for extra support when needed. I enjoyed Kim's class and learned so much more that what I did 10 years back. Absolutely recommend this class and I'm personally thinking of widening my knowledge with more classes. What an amazing experience. The instructor Kim was absolutely incredible. You could easily tell right off the bat that she knew what she was doing. She was fair and laid down rules very fairly and didn’t bend it for anyone. Many of the tasks performed weren’t made complicated and were easy to perform and even if you couldn’t perform, Kim would accommodate for people. The environment was great and it allowed for people to talk and get to know one another, making it a great experience to be apart of. I am so glad I completed this course and I hope that anyone else considering CPR/standard first aid take this course.

Kim was a fantastic trainer with lots of good advice, the whole class was enjoyable and engaging. Very well organized. If I could put 10 stars I would. Will be going back to this location for future classes
