Fabulous afternoon of trail riding. I was on Odie - steady gentle giant of a horse that took his job at keeping the other horses behind him, very seriously.I appreciated the riding reminder at the beginning of the ride.

We loved the owners and what they’re doing at this ranch. They rescue horses, rehabilitate them and then help people with developmental disorders by interacting with the horses. They have mini donkeys and horses that are also rescues, which are so cute!We enjoyed our trail ride in the snow. I appreciated that they delayed the ride to care for one of their horses who was showing signs of labored breathing. I think it’s more important to care for an animal who is in distress than rush off on a trail ride.After the ride we were treated to a hot chocolate which warmed us up. Then we used the hot tub and pool which felt really nice after a brisk ride.The owners are good people who were a pleasure to get to know. We’ll be back for sure!

Went to the farm using a Groupon.. loved it! Already planning our next trip back for a half day ride! Brandon was awesome and super knowledgeable and friendly! First time riders - don't fear! Highly recommend and looking forward to my next ride.

Wonderful ride knowledgable horse and guide. Owner and son are fantastic definitely worth trying.

I was visiting family from Ontario and my SIL and niece decided last minute that we wanted to go trail riding. We just randomly picked this place to go and it did not disappoint! Of all the days I was visiting for my first trip out east, this was by far my favorite day! I have ridden practically my whole life and gone to many places for trail rides, and of all the places I have been this ranch blows it out of the park for how well they care for their horses. So much concern and effort was put in to Making their horses the most comfortable and safe. The horses were well matched in temperament for the experience of each of us. It was the most peaceful place to go riding with beautiful scenery and beautiful views. We all loved riding here so much we have decided to make it a tradition to book a trail ride here every time I visit NS, and my SIL and niece will be going back regularly! Thank you so much for making one of my last days in NS such a perfect memory :)

This place was amazing the lady kristy went above and beyond to help us get on the horse when we were so nervous and even stayed with us for a bit threw the trail.. not sure the guys name that brought us on our trail ride but we was wonderful and kind also there was a Young lady there she even was very patient with us and made us feel comfortable couldn’t ask for a better experience thank you soo much we will be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful day there recently, the owners are great people, beautiful scenery lots of magnificent horses. Also, little goats, donkeys to pet.

Unfortunately, I did not receive the best customer service with Serenity Family Ranch. I had called to book a trail ride for a surprise birthday for my partner. After a few calls back and forth, and receiving a few emails regarding a sick family goat, to which I was empathetic for them. A week of this has gone by, and I just needed a final answer about being able to book a trail ride. I called today, as my last email, I didn't get a response too. I do understand that caring for a sick animal should be the first priority, however, all I needed was a simple yes or no about the trail ride for Sunday, March 28th. I spoke briefly with the Ranch coordinator; unfortunately, she was very crass and upbrought about the timeline regarding the calls and emails. I was excited about this experience, and had heard nice things about this Ranch. I'm disappointed in how things where resolved.
