I spent hundreds of dollars on repairing my Macbook after they told me there was a virus on my system. It took several months to get my laptop back from them (never any answer or return phone call) and when I finally received it, it appears as though they spilled something on it as the whole system is fried.I would not recommend the Robert or Alex to anyone!

Dishonest guys.Owe me 400$ and claims dont have money to pay, for 2 years!Strongly recommend going to other places, anywhere but not here.I will sue them in court next month.I take full responsibility of what I say.
