Well I've been getting my face waxed regularly for a very long time, so I know what to expect... but I was still terrified for my first bikini wax.I absolutely love their online booking system. It's so handy to use and if you ask a question during the process, they respond with an answer very quickly. And of course, they call the day before to confirm the appointment.I saw Elisha for my first appointment and I told her that I was nervous. She was great at keeping the conversation going and keeping me at ease. I honestly can't wait to go back!There's some great looking products in the lobby that I plan on checking out a little closer next time I'm in. Also... their pedicures look fantastic so i'll probably book myself in for one of those soon too. This is a great new addition to the Shops at Boudreau!

Definitely loved the environment, the lady who did my waxing was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.The room was clean and they use Hard wax/stripless wax, which I definitely always prefer over strip wax.Definitely would recommend this place.

I have frequently gone to the Windermere location and the ladies are fantastic! Amy by far is the most amazing esthetician’ I just happened to be in the St.Albert area and decided to pop by that location as I needed some bikini care. First of all I found no one at the front desk for assistance. Then when I did have help I believe it could of been the owner, she couldn’t answer any of my questions about certain products they carry and seemed annoyed and flustered. I would suggest that learning about your product knowledge would be very beneficial. The St.Albert location will not be receiving my business in the future.

I came here yesterday for my first brazillian wax and saw Shana. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Although I was nervous she made sure I was comfortable and made me more relaxed. She went over aftercare and even recommended some really good products they sell here. I would definitely recommend seeing Shana. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome!
