Exceptional repair and service from B&D Autobody! The repairs to my BMW were flawless, even to my high standards. I especially appreciated their fair pricing and knowledge, as well as the whole team's friendliness. They are BMW, Mini and Lexus certified, which is clear from their high level of expertise and attention to detail. Bonuses were a fabulous courtesy BMW SUV, as well as a fully cleaned car, complete with logo keychain and thermal bottle on pickup. These guys clearly shoot for 100% plus in customer satisfaction. Thanks to everyone at B&D for making my car look brand new again!

Amazing staff - everyone is professional, kind & very knowledgeable. Vi was so helpful and kind from drop off to pick up - answering any questions I had. Jeff and Colin were so helpful, too - explaining what repairs were needed from my accident - and showed me the car when it was all repaired, detailed and washed. It looked like a brand car! My car had its rear window smashed and door badly dented when someone broke into it. Brought my car to B&D to get fixed and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a body shop. Customer service was professional, friendly, and top notch from Vi, Colin, and the receptionists. Loaner car was great, and the interior/exterior detailing of my car before returning it was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

What a pleasure it was working with this shop!The repair they had done was quick and seamless with communication provided throughout the repair process. The loaner vehicle that I had was a brand new Toyota Corolla Hybrid and I couldn’t believe how much I liked it.They detailed my car inside and outside which was fantastic and unexpected. I was waiting until my vehicle repair was completed before I detailed it, but just another thing off my plate.Only room for improvement is the windshield washer fluid was empty after they replaced the fluid tank. Not a biggy, had a bottle in my trunk and filled it up before I left.Thanks y’all

Windshield replacement on my VW Golf R today. Amazing experience all around. Very professional staff at the front of house helped me fill out paperwork and offered coffee while I waited for the courtesy car to be brought around. He listened attentively to my story of a rubber mark on my paint job that I made when I was changing my snow tires. Courtesy car was clean and the walk around to check for pre-existing damage was efficient and led by a friendly staff. I appreciated the phone call during the day to let me know the approximate time that service would be complete. My car was cleaned when I went to pick up. Usually the areas under the spoiler and lift gate are missed, but they even cleaned those areas and also the gas hatch too. They wiped down my interior console and re-wired the front dash camera in without extra charges. They even installed the camera it in the same spot on the windshield and aligned it. Needless to say that these small details made me confident in the quality of the windshield replacement. ICBC deductible paid after job completed. I’m very happy about the overall experience and just wish I’d come in sooner to B&D.

Okay where do I begin. From the getgo the entire team were very friendly and helpful. My BMW X3 got into a front-end collision and I was looking for places to take my BMW. Last place I went to was number one collision, but the quality and standards b&d auto body hold themselves to is phenomenal. the shop really takes pride and their customer service and it shows. An example I'll give you when I needed my belongings from my car the b&d auto wrap said he would put everything in a box for me. He did not miss a single thing, old cell phones, charging cables, dash cam, a watch,you name it! If you are looking for a place to take your car hands down based on my experience this is the first place I would recommend to take your vehicle to!!

I am really satisfied with their service. My car's rear window was shattered this past Friday night in North Van .. Since Monday was a holiday, every single ICBC-approved repair shop in North Van was closed (even though on their websites say 24/7 ... very disappointing), at B&D not only they were open, but also willing to instantly help me out and get me going for the long weekend .. Anyway, HIGHLY recommend them .. very professional and understanding .** I even heard them saying to another client that if their staff need to stay over-time and get the job done, they'll do it so that clients be at ease for the long weekend ** .. Just WOW !

This is one of the best service experiences I've ever had in any industry.I went here for an ICBC incident where someone ran into my parked car and ICBC gave me the list of autobody shops they work with, I chose this one and from the very start they treated me with such kindness, respect and friendly cheer. Every single employee I encountered was so friendly and I was informed of every step in the process. I got an appointment reminder/confirmation call the day before my appointment and the whole process was extremely easy and stress free.I got a loaner/replacement vehicle for the time my car was in the shop (which was a joy to drive!) and when I received my car back (so much sooner than I expected and was estimated), the interior and exterior were clean and smelled great. I was also given a nifty keychain and they were giving away cute cooler bags at the front desk.In, out, amazing experience.11/10
