James was on time, he climbed on the roof looked around came down told me his plan, he grabbed some tools from his truck, climbed back up, boom done. And he explained everything he did, he went above and beyond. I was very satisfied.

Jamie responded quickly after I called about inspecting our chimney. I called on a Thursday afternoon and he was out by Wednesday morning! Then, operator error on our end, we started a fire and the entire house filled with smoke. We reached out and he immediately helped us solve the issue (our damper was closed). Quick response and quick fix! Would highly recommend!
