The best Pet Store I've ever seen. I saw animals I didn't even know existed before? Great experience if you're the type of person who can't walk in front of a pet store without checking out the pets!

I placed a reservation for a kitten that both my youngest and I fell in love with. Upon showing our interest, we were tossed around carelessly to 3 different people on the floor, while no one else was in the store, none of who could even provide information on the cat, we're then tossed to a 4th person named Sabrina at the cash to complete a reservation transaction fulfilling our interest in the cat. I inquired about access to his vaccination booklet or documents relative to the cat and none was available. I inquire about the fur type (since they should be the professionals) and they're unavailable to give any clue. 3 days go by, and I've done my research on kittens, I visit other animal shops and get a good grasp. Sabrina called me, with attitude telling me that I should come immediately because “someone else” wants my cat. I respond in a calm manner saying that I still have some questions unanswered, she flagrantly told me (attitude) if I did have any questions that it would have been up to me to ask her, meanwhile being tossed to a 4th person who seems not wanted to deal with the situation, answered abruptly in store and with a mean/stressful demeanour. She stated to me in-store that she had no information on the cat. After giving me attitude on the phone she then cold transfers the line to a random person (again being tossed) to the apparent store director of both places (Charlene) who quite frankly is just as rude. Their prices are higher than other pet stores, the kitten was 100$ more than other places. I really love the kitten but their ruthless attitude really makes me ponder as to why I should trust them. Beware of this pet store, they are rude and practically almost racist as well towards English-speaking people. It's a shame cause I still have ZERO reassurance from them. Also, the kitten they claimed to be 2 months old was nearly 1.5x bigger than other kittens of that age, while browsing other stores. I find their business very questionable.

ZERO STARS. The woman who owns this business is a thief. I would never support her and I encourage you to do the same. She stole money from one of my intellectually challenged friends. She took advantage of her and it is completely and utterly disrespectful. She does not deserve anyone’s business.

Ok place. Employees don't look like they really care though.Update: Found out that the cat we bought from here was too young to be taken from it's mother. We want to the vet for his first shot and were told that he was too young to get it and that he should not have been separated from his mother yet.

Great pet shop, happened to be in the neighbourhood and had to pick up some reptile supplies. Not a huge selection but a good one. One of the workers was very knowledgeable and made some good recommendations.

Horrible information!!! The girl sold me ich treatment for my fish tank knowing the type of fish i had and even after me expressing fear for my fish she still said no everything will be fine just follow the instructions so I did..... 24-48 hours later my fish that had the ich were cured but my 2 other fish that were doing just fine before the treatment no signs of ich were dead.... I called when i seen the fish acting odd and the response I reserved was add more treatment to the water I thought this a bad idea. I then contacted another pet store and told them my situatio. I was then informed by the other smaller pet store that the ich treatment I used is highly toxic to fish with exoskeletons and it actually burns them and that your supose to use a half dose of this medication. I then contacted back the pet store whom sold me the fish and the product days later and was told they could not do anything for me and that was it. Even tho they killed my fish with bad information on a product they call the best on the market of they say something like that should they not know everything about that product example my 2 dead pictus Angelicus catfish. Don't shop here or ask for information if you expect proper customer service.

0 stars, I used to work here and I would do very detailed cleaning cleaning behind cages removing the bunny cages just to clean every inch. The owner was rude to me and other workers, would put me down over the smallest of things, the son would come to me while I was with a costumer to tell me I did something wrong, even the costumer was upset saying he shouldn't of done that still made a sale though. I' was a costumer before and can confirm they do steal theyre unfair and they go through workers like nothing hiring for almost three months just to fire them lie about the health of the animals anything for money I wouldn't recommend giving them the time of day. Sorry for the rant btw got fired for apparently giving attitude when I was a week away my full three months. Reason for being fired on their other location
