Walked around the mall on Monday and went to every mobile kiosk looking for quotes on a a phone plan. Freedom mobile was $1.00 more expensive so I went with The Source. Shenan was very helpful and set up a phone plan that works with my budget. Friendly staff.I was having a very rough week but this experience made it a little less bad.

Among all sales personnels at Square one Mobile shops Ryan was able to convince me to his store “ The Source “ and he had an exceptional customer service skills and he managed to offer me a great service whilst being flexible to all of my needs and explaining me all the possible options i could go with from A to Z.. to be honest my wife was scolding me for asking too many questions!! But he managed to answer all of my questions with utmost customer service skills and was being so professional!! And he offered me a great package which Im truly thankful!Thanks Alot Ryan for your effort and support..You made my Birthday an Awesome one!! Cheers!!

Razan and Moayad helped me get the best deal available in market.Spent hours in square one only to find out later I was already getting best deal.These two associates at source have been very helpful with all my queries regarding the plan and alternative options.They will try the best to get you value for your money.Going back for any tech purchases to the store because of these people

This rating is specifically a shout out to Ryan! He was the only employee truly work yesterday when I walked into the store! He was helping another customer but quickly turned his attention to helping me after he finished with them. I got my product ordered and will be picking up on the weekend.The other three staff get a 0/5 star since I was in the store for more than 5 minutes without even blinking an eye in my direction. They were too busy having a social club meeting at the cash amongst themselves and being loud talking about their personal lives.
