Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location is where I used to rent cars for the past 16 years in Terrebonne but starting this year I will no longer do business with them. The new manager there is very rude. I made a reservation last month from the usa. My credit card is on file etc. Apparently they do not keep a car if it's not confirmed a 2nd time around ?? Since when car locations do that ? I have a confirmation email. Then he tells me to come back the next day starting at 9 a.m because MAYBE they will have more inventory.. came back still nothing and then pushes me out of the store by waving at me like I was a piece of trash.. Never again!!

Called almost every day with no answer. When they answer, they say they can't guarantee the vehicle. They should seriously fire everyone at that location and restart. I called Enterprise Head office to report them, they will investigate the lack of professionalism.Grand manque de respect par les employés, je ne recommande pas cette location (il ne garantisse pas les véhicules loués en ligne).

I had a very bad experience with this location. Part of my job is to travel and I work a lot on the road. I was given a very high mileage car and I addressed the concerned when I was given this car. I asked for a different vehicle but refused. When I was on the road I noticed the cruise control was not working. I drove 3000km in 11 days without cruise control. Also I noticed at the end of my business trip, a piece under the vehicle was hanging. I was not given a secure vehicle. All they have done is given me 10% discount. Very Very bad service and I will make sure my company never rents with Enterprise every again.

I was charged double on my card !!!!,I got there and the girl,thought it was funny,look you had given a deposit and then we charged your days but then we changed so we could put it together, what gives the right to make those kind of changes,it was a 100 as deposit and my charge after,...now I'm over charged well no problem playing with others money...0 is my review!!!thank you,Good day!

Guy saves a vehicle for me, travel 35 minutes to get there then he tells me $500 deposit for vehicle upon arriving even though my insurance is covered up to $1500 after my jeep wrangler was stolen 2 days before. I tell him all my cards were in my jeep and have nothing to use until my new cards come next week as all of my other cards and visas where In jeep when it was taken, he then tells me to come back when I receive my cards the next week. I tell him I have to call the insurance company to figure this out and the guy rents the vehicle to someone else within 4 MIn, 100% never going to use Enterprise rent a car for anything, terrible service! Wrost customer service ever!

Today june 15, I called 10 times(between 1300-1500) nobody and answer machine. Please improve customer services.

Rented a vehicle when I had to leave mine at dealer. There were some issues. I had originally gave 1 star but have revised my review. What is important is that they made it right! I expected a hassle but was surprised with world class customer service that stands out from the competition. People make mistakes and should be evaluated on what they do to fix it. Will do business here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Had a confirmed reservation made 5 days ago for 3 days rental next week. Received a phone call earlier today from a representative and was told «the car I reserved is not available and I should have called to confirm the car was actually available, there is nothing that can be done so your reservation will be cancelled » Not a single apology (not that i was looking for one) but instead shifting the blame on the consumer for not calling to confirm a « confirmed » booking. I have been renting at this place few times over the year but never again will I give my business to them or any other enterprise for that matter.«Culture and hard work created Enterprise », lack of professionalism and poor customer care failed it as far as I am concerned.
