Dr. Elizabeth Perri has been my family doctor since I was a child. She is caring, detailed and I feel in the best of care with her as my family Doctor. I have not visited her new location at Bluebird Family Medical Clinic, due to Covid, but I truly appreciate her practice and approach.

I have just received a letter from Solly telling me that he no longer wishes to be my doctor. I’m disappointed that he chose to do so by letter rather than a phone call. So going forward, I now find myself in a similar situation as a lot of other Canadians, I am now looking for a new doctor. May I suggest that you please be careful when you talk or write to Solly. As at one of our seldom in office meeting he told me that I needed to respect him because he “has a high level of education”, apparently, he doesn’t want you to remind him of that when he continues to make mistakes. I had booked a phone call with him to renew my prescription, (he refuses to give me refills on his prescriptions as according to him “then the only people making money are the pharmacists). He once again phones the wrong number, (it had happened more than once). I needed to send his office an email asking why he hadn’t called me yet, it was 40 minutes past the assigned time. He then did phone the correct number, the one I had put on his site to call and I got the prescription filled. If you have ever tried to contact him you are aware how difficult it can be to connect with him. It’s even more difficult now that he only works 4 days a week. Anyway, when I got home and discovered he had indeed called the wrong number I sent his office another email expressing my frustration and asked if he billed MSP for his mistakes. A few days later his office called to make sure things had been sorted which I really appreciated. His letter arrived a week after my call with his office person, his wife I believe. In his letter he said I was rude and then he also felt obliged to remind me that there is a zero-tolerance policy for abuse in his office (seems not to apply to him when he over talks me and asks me to let him finish, then I had to remind him it was my turn to talk and for him to listen). Anyway, going forward I am now free of his controlling and intimidating behaviours. My intention in writing to him was to express my frustration at him not calling as scheduled, not to be abusive, so if I came across as abusive, I apologize as that was not my intent. When I receiver his letter I initially felt some concern as I do have some ongoing health issues that will require ongoing treatment but now, I am happy that I will no longer have a 45-minute drive to see a very self-centered doctor that demands respect. I chose to believe he is doing the best he can and that he is not being spiteful or immature in choosing to drop patients that question him. My education is in the human services industry, and I find it difficult not to question (challenge) systems and individuals that are abusive. Is there somewhere one can write to express concerns over treatment from a doctor?

Front staff are beyond rude (I have reception and office experience and this is unacceptable) and Dr. Motsiri should NOT be practicing medicine. He's never updating his clients on their medical information, forgetting to place calls, faxes, etc. And mis-writing prescriptions regularly. If I could find another doctor I would. He is also talking over you while you try to explain your ailments or anything, really. Very disheartening to have to go there. Hard to talk to a doctor you can't trust.

I have been a patient of dr. Solomon Motsiri since my motorcycle accident in 2018. He refused to give me a referral to continue my physiotherapy said he would give me a referral to a sports injury doctor. Now it’s 2022 and I have yet to receive this referral. Since then he moved his office to a much further location. I didn’t mind. Even with the gas prices, I didn’t mind, okay maybe a little.I have some toe nail issues, I have given samples to the lab and they came back inconclusive. I tried to tell him that there is something not right, but he wouldn’t even take a look. I couldn’t even take my shoe off. He said I don’t have the time for this. After I waited 45 min for a scheduled appointment. This made me late to come back to work. The final straw. I went to see him today is Thursday April 07/22 I have a bleeding problem, but after explaining to dr. Motsiri that every issue I have ever seen him about is still an ongoing issue, he told me I need to respect him. Respect is a 2 way street. If you are going to make people wait an hour past their scheduled appointment, maybe give them a call and let them know. Maybe I could have taken my lunch break later, or at the very least let me know the wait when I arrive, so I can call my boss ahead of time. That would be respectful. Dr Solomon Motsiri does not care about his patients. I have never seen him for more than 4-5 minutes. Get you in, get you out. I admit I was a bit upset, but I am suffering and his job is to help. No help given. He refused to address my issues and concerns and told me to go find a new dr. That’s okay I may be bleeding, hemorrhaging at times, but yes I will hold off a little longer until I find a new family doctor during these extremely hard to find a doctor times. Thanks doc. So my review I gave a 1 star only because I could not put 0, or minus stars. I would not recommend Solomon Motsiri To anyone ever.

The front staff is extremely rude and lacking proffessionalism, refusing to answer the phone during appropriate hours. Whenever I've made an appointment with them it's a complete hassel. They don't try to work with your schedule and demand that you time they time they have. Totally get that everyone is in hard times right now and doctors are overwhelmed. However this behavior is unexpectable, hope they hire competent staff soon.

If I could give this lower than a one star review I would. Dr. Solomon motsiri is arguably one of the most horrible, disrespectful and uncaring doctors I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. Motsiri is my partner of 5 years family doctor, she has has ongoing issues with seizures for the past year now, having two different types of seizures. After having no luck with kelowna general hospital we tried as a last resort to get ahold of motsiri thinking he might care to try and help us, with absolutely no luck. He is by far the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. Not only did he see us for maybe 4-5 minutes at most, during our visit he was incredibly disrespectful and demanding of respect from both myself and my girlfriend and made comments about us not allowing him to speak and cutting him off (which we were not) and continued on to do the same to us and not even let us get a word out or voice our concerns. On top of the high level of disrespect he told myself and my partner (that has been having seizures witnessed by myself) that these were not real seizures she was having and that they were pseudo and psychologically caused by herself. After questioning his rudeness and expressing that we felt brushed off by him he then proceeded to basically kick us out of his office with some paper work for him to make a referral to a mental health doctor (completely unrelated to the issues we've been having and why we were there at all). I would highly recommend anyone considering going to this doctor to look absolutely anywhere else for help. This doctor does not care about his patients at all and will demand your respect because of his high education" and will not return the same. Dr. Solomon Motsiri

Horrible place. Dr Motsiri should not be giving any advice on health. He’s very rude and has no people skills whatsoever. He’s definitely not in the right field of work!

Front staff not great. Very upset they would charge $50.00 for a click of the mouse to transfer my file to Langley. None of my pr3vious doctors have done that. On a positive note I loved Dr. Motsiri.

Dr. Solomon Motsiri was great, having a young child who was sick he made sure she was comfortable and was extremely polite with us.
