LYVE Group - Landscape Irrigation and Lighting

I was ok with his sprinkler turn on and blow out last year so booked him for for some yard work this spring. There were five total last minute scheduling cancellations for the job itself, significant scoping issues and the job landed 50% over estimate (without checking in on me first). Anyhow, the job was nearly done and I was on my way out so I settled up… but then, he just abruptly left with waste-bags and debris all over. He said he would come back the next day to clean up and remove waste bags, but never showed up. Nine days later and he rescheduled the clean up 3 times. I had to clean up the lawn myself since I scheduled my spring lawn care that weekend. The 20 yard waste bags on my front lawn are falling apart from the wet weather, the grass under the bags is discoloured and my wife and neighbours are annoyed.Edit: Don’t trust the response, I’ve been a customer for two prior fall blow outs, not 4 years. He 100% disappeared after taking a cash payment, after telling me irrigation was complete and promising to come back the next day for removal (included). I’m insulted by this response, so I’ll add pictures to back up claims. Bags were on the lawn for 13 days and the garbage crew didn’t take them because they were ripped, too heavy and the sticks weren’t bundled properly. It took me an extra sick day to run these to the dump myself in my hatchback. He did things I didn’t ask for, did a sloppy job at things I did ask for... then charged me more because it took longer than he planned. He cut trees even though I asked him not to, since I booked an arborist. It’s 4 weeks later andIm still finding issues with the irrigation. Two whole sprinklers and three sprinkler heads were missing, causing the water to flood the garden and spray indiscriminately onto the concrete and into the pool. Part of the job was also to run a subpump hose out to the driveway, instead, he disconnected the hose half way and buried it an inch under the turf where the drainage was weak, flooding my neighbour’s lawn when the well pump turns on. Whatever time I saved in hiring out the work was lost in fixing this sloppy job. Just take a look at the photos and ask if this is what you want.

Not professional, not on time, NEVER answers his phone , barely reply’s to emails or text messages, took a deposit and has barley done any work , says he’s going to show up one day and never does

This company took my deposit and maid a mess of my front lawn. He took advantage of me and took 3000 dollar deposit I'm a single mom who took so long to save this money. He was supposed to start and finish in June and still just ripped up my front lawn. Please be aware if this company asks for a deposit. He keeps telling g me he is coming and never shows up.

I just wanted to say what a great job Kody did at my house. He worked very hard to cut down a huge overhanging tree limb that was very high up and hard to get at. He climbed the treelike Spider-Man. He did such a professional and amazing job and cleaned the worksite beautifully. All for a great price. I was so impressed I’ve hired Kody to wrap Xmas lights around my 20’ tree out front. We’re also discussing landscape lighting installation in my garden beds. Kody also maintains my irrigation system in spring and winter. He’s a rare breed where he works hard and takes pride in his work. You should definitely hire Kody for any projects you want professionally done. You won’t regret it. Keep up the good work Kody. Kodi is a great friendly guy. Straight forward and does his best to provide the best possible honest quote for a landscaping job.

I used Lyve Group for sprinkler system installation. The valves started leaking in a month and the jets are are also dripping water. KODI the owner is now not responding to my calls. It is disappointing for a reputed company like Lyve to not fix the issues on a recently installed system.I did not receive any email. Just today when you responded to this review. Can you come today?The problem was fixed. I did not understand that Kodi had some issues with his truck and phone. I am extremely happy with his service now.

Takes deposit starts job and then avoids calls been 4 months and about 100 calls,so I got another company to finish job which they finished but had to redo a bunch of his small amount of work he did . Please avoid this theif!! Also on his instagrams he has my lawn like he did it but another company did it.

Kody is Amazing guy few honest people in market for landscaping and work done was amazing my lawn has been transformed.would hire him for future services as well.
