Altérations Villeray

When I got my dress early 2021 Eugenia came to the bridal store and we discussed about the alterations. She was so nice and lovely, she took my measurements and left with the dress to to the alterations! With the whole pandemic going on and the different restrictions we had to postpone a few times our wedding date. I had to cancel our alterations apt a few times since the date kept changing. Eugenia was soooo sweet and understandable each time! She was always flexible to accommodate me.She kept my dress for over a year and when the time finally arrived to do the alterations everything went smoothly and the dress was in perfect condition!! I was so excited to see my dress again. We did the alterations and I was finally able to leave with my dress!Thank you so much to Alterations Villeray for making this process as easy as possible and making the perfect alterations. I would not trust anyone else with such a precious item!What a truly magical place! Thank you again ✨

Very unpleasant experience. With so many good seamstresses in the city, don't waste your energy going to this awful place. They do not respect people with disabilities. I tried to walk in and was insulted and denied service because of my medical condition. I will not be coming here again, they should be held liable for discrimination against medically disabled people. They enjoyed shouting at and insulting me, extremely unprofessional. If they don't want to serve people with medical disabilities, they shouldn't be in service at all.

Eugenia is an absolute gem. I came to her with a wedding dress that was too small and I had a vision that included a lot of changes. She was so sweet and patient with me, and totally understood my vision. She helped me to take a dress that I liked and turn it into a dress that I love and can’t wait to wear!I would 100% recommend her to everyone!

Altérations Villeray promotes a very pleasant, warm, and comfortable environment. I felt that there was no judgement whatsoever, and that they genuinely found my wedding dress stunning and wanted to make it even more beautiful. The work she did on my dress was VERY professional; I was shocked when I got it back! It was a little bit big on me, but after she fixed it, it fit like a glove. You could not even see the changes that were made, but once I put the dress on, it was evident how much work she put into it. The cost was also very fair and well worth every penny. I will continue to go here, and highly encourage this place to anyone who requires professionally done alterations at a fair cost in a nice environment. Thank you so much! :)

Such an incredible experience! I went to Alterations Villeray to modify a wedding dress after another seamstress had struggled with an alteration. Eugenia is fantastic, she quickly and skillfully assessed the issue and made all necessary changes, and my dress sits beautifully, exactly as I had hoped it would. I highly recommend this studio. Eugenia is highly competent and works very quickly, I would not go anywhere else!
