I've been to the shop a few times now joining my friend who has bought a number of things from them. Both Dennis and Chris are both enjoyable to talk to and super helpful by helping setup whatever you'd like to check out.. When I'm ready to make a change in my setup I definitely will be working with them.

Anyone looking for first-class personalized service should pay Dennis Penner a visit. He will go out of his way to provide information and answer questions, no matter how small or trivial they might seem. American HiFi is the antithesis of large outfits that sometimes treat their customers like they were a hindrance. Very highly recommended!
