At the end of April, I took the General IELTS (Computer-delivered) at CES Toronto. It was a pleasant experience before, during and after the exam. Their staff were very supportive. The computers and accessories (headset, keyboard, mouse) worked well during the test. I highly recommend this center for the IELTS test.

So far, I've had a great experience with them in terms of scheduling and taking an IELTS exam. I also had to re-schedule my exam due to work related issues and they were very helpful with that situation. They were very responsive to their emails and they helped me to quickly re-schedule a new exam date.

It's an ideal place to take the computer-based IELTS test. The staff were nice, computers and headphones were in good condition, rooms were quiet. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

I took my academic computer-based IELTS test a few months ago. The experience was terrific. All staff kindly answered my questions and provided extra empty paper for note-taking. I had to call the center to ask about my test, and Mr. Michael sincerely responded to my questions. I strongly recommend this centre if you need to take your IELTS test.

I had a great experience when taking my IELTS test at this location. The staff were super friendly and understanding. Although I had an issue with my sign up documents, they were flexible and professional enough to let me handle the issue so that I proceeded with the exam very calm despite the circumstances. A big thank you!!

I would recommend this test centre even before I give my test. I don't have my passport with me as I have submitted for renewal and they were super helpful in understanding my situation. The representative was considerate enough to waive the $80 rescheduling fee understanding my situation. Thank You Team!
