Employed by LTS for the past 4 months. The experience with the operations and owners have been great they are very responsive to all site and guard concerns. They take a guard first approach making sure there guards are well trained and taken care of. Im looking forward to the continued growth of this company and glad to be apart of the LTS Team.

Working full time with LTS close to a year now also as a full time student the experience has been great. I’ve built great relationships with my co workers and management. They’ve supported my journey as a student trying to gain experience for a career in law enforcement and supported me every step of the way through being flexible with my school schedule and opportunities to work different security details to broaden my experience. There’s opportunity for growth within this company. Management is reliable, fair, inclusive, and responsive. 10/10

I am deeply disappointed with LTS Protective Services, and I feel compelled to share my experience as a cautionary tale for others. The high rate of employee terminations that occur on a monthly basis is alarming and raises serious questions about the company's management and practices. It begs the question of whether the fault lies with the employees or with the company itself.This company is highly unreliable and untrustworthy. If you are considering working here or even contemplating hiring their services, think twice. You run the risk of being fired at any time, based on false allegations, just like I was. The company's willingness to misrepresent employees to government authorities for financial gain is deeply concerning. They have no qualms about lying and resorting to dishonest tactics. A tip: Always secure your second job aside.Additionally, there is an excessive amount of politics and favoritism within the company, which further erodes trust and creates a toxic work environment. It raises the question of whether discrimination based on race is at play, adding another disturbing layer to the already problematic situation.I urge everyone to carefully consider these factors before getting involved with LTS Protective Services. It is a company that cannot be relied upon, and its practices and treatment of employees are deeply flawed.
