Shady business with poor customer service. They try to add unlisted hidden fees at the end of your contract. As another reviewer mentioned, we are considering contacting the Office de la protection du consommateur to flag their illegal tactics. They are also generally overpriced for the service they provide. Would not recommend; there are better propane companies out there.

Had an issue with the pilot. Francois fixed it and took the time to clean the entire fireplace making it look brand new again. He was very knowledgeable, a master in his craft!

Good afordable propane gas but other products are WAY too expensive, not to mention the attitude problem the staff has. And no, I don't judge on my first visit, and I'm not there often enough for them to 'know me' when I go in as they're closed on saturdays. So, that being said, it wouldn't hurt them to be nice to the clients.

Worst of the worst.Was charged hidden fees and as I can see this is common in this business.Trying to cancel my services cause I’m not satisfied whatsoever, sent 2 emails and 2 voicemails and still no answer.Big scammers.You’re better off somewhere else

Good supplier of propane gaz. Have not used them for any other services. I call them on demand when my propane level drops to about 20% any they always come deliver within a few days.
