My family has used College Nannies + Tutors in Wayzata for the past 4 summers and have had a great experience. I have two boys and they have had a great summer because of their nannies. We have recently started using their tutoring center for my older son who struggles in math. When he started tutoring he was getting a D in Algebra. He is now doing his homework ( and even turning it in ) and getting A's. His last test he recieved a B + (huge improvement). This has made a world of improvements for our home life after school. He enjoys going into tutoring really has a great connection with his tutor.

I worked for College Nannies & Tutors of Wayzata this summer and had a wonderful experience! I heard about College Nannies through a friend who had been working with College Nannies for the last year and had liked her experience. After a year as an ESL elementary school teacher in France and plans to return to France in the fall, I saw College Nannies as a great option for a summer job where I would get to work with kids and have fun. While I applied too late to find a full-time position, College Nannies was able to offer me several on-call positions that kept me busy working for great families all summer long. I had a very flexible schedule that I could conform to my summer vacationing needs. They also worked to pair me with families I'd already worked with before so that we could develop a relationship, several that would have turned into a long-term position this fall had I not found a job in France. I worked with several kind and fun families and felt very supported by the College Nannies team who were always kind, professional, and understanding. Jere, Carrie, and Abbey took time to get to know me as a person and devoted a lot of time to working with me to find the right placements and providing me with support in negotiating with families. I felt like a valuable and respected member of the College Nannies team. If I had a problem or a concern, I knew someone would always be there to help me sort things out and work as a liaison between me and the family if necessary, one of the many perks of working with an agency. I had direct deposit which was reliable and streamlined the process of payment between myself and the families and saved me a lot of headaches and awkward conversations. Logging my hours online was easy, and there were also great resources available on the site to help me succeed as a nanny. I will most definitely be contacting College Nannies & Tutors next summer!

I enjoy tutoring for CNT. I love that my tutoring hours are flexible and I can set my work hours around my own schedule as a full-time student. The management staff is wonderful and nice to work with - they are accommodating and very quick at responding to our questions and concerns. The students I tutor are the best part about my job and I love that I can be a part of their academic careers!

I have worked for College Nannies and Tutors for over a year now, and have enjoyed my experience. I first started working here after graduating college, not sure if I was going to pursue a full-time career in my major or return to school to pursue another degree. I was able to find a part-time placement that matched my course schedule perfectly for the semester and stayed with them full time after the semester was finished. I have worked on call jobs since, as well as being employed full time with a great family this summer. I took a trip to Ireland for 2 weeks this summer, and wasn't worried about finding a nannying job one bit through College Nannies and Tutors. The agency offers families a back-up nanny if they so choose to use it, so vacations in the summer won't prevent you from getting a job like it could going alone on the job hunt.The staff is very helpful when it comes to placements and staying in touch as schedules change for families and nannies. The direct deposit is nice compared to cash only positions when families sometimes forget to leave a check at the end of the pay period! It is also re-assuring knowing that the management of the agency has touched base with the families and know that the places us nannies are going are safe.On-call positions come through quite frequently and are a nice way to pick up some extra hours if desired. Pay rates do change very slightly in the summers, which kind of took me by surprise, but its better to have something to show on your taxes than nothing at all!

I think that College Nannies and Tutors is a great place to be employed. I have worked with about 5 different families. They have all been a great experience and I have learned a lot from them. This has allowed me to strengthen my skills with child interaction, advanced my responsibility, and prove the importance of teamwork, caring, and love. Each family that I have worked with have had their own, individual qualities that they have beneficial. On top of all these benefits I get a secure income in times of economic troubles. This fact alone makes everything worth while. My co-workers and administrative associates are great to work with. They are very understanding, reasonable, and attentive to the nannies and tutors.The flexibility with our scheduling is incredible, the college nanny team finds families that work with your availability.

I have had the pleasure of working with College Nannies and Tutors during this last summer and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Having just graduated in June is this year I was in need of work for the summer before I could start job hunting in Elementary Education. I was contacted by Abby the same day I submitted my application. I was welcomed to the company and felt very comfortable communicating with the staff. I was placed in both a long term and short term nanny positions.Working with College Nannies gave me the opportunity to gain even more experience in a variety of families with I appreciate. A few of the families in particular and the staff members at College Nannies became a huge support in my journey to becoming a teacher.
