Binto and shashank there helped me understand the bill i got and also gave me a very good deal and gifts. I’m very happy with the service.

It was great getting helped by Slavi, such a knowledgeable and pleasant guy. Would be great if he had some help, looks like he’s gets slammed a lot and balances quite the workload. Had to wait a bit to get our phones as he managed to help more customers between helping my husband and I, both getting new phones.

I was looking for a plan for my son and went around the entire mall checking out plans and options when I stopped at the wow kiosk. Slavi was awesome and went through all the options and ended up getting me a phone for about half the price of everyone else! The plan was great I ended up switching my plan over and he walked me through and did everything in terms of transferring data and lines and all the set up. I will be recommending him and the wow kiosk to everyone going forward. Thanks slavi! The assistant manager was in on the second day and he was really helpful as well. If you need a plan or a phone these guys are great and really know what they are doing!Update - we lost our phone and had to get a new package. Did not love Koodo so went back to wow and they went through all my options and got me the best rate. Phone was way better price then quoted at apple and they bent over backwards canceling my Koodo plan and gettin everything set up. This time I worked with Yumna and another guy whose name I did not get and they were awesome. Yumna took the time time and got everything set up right. Thanks Yumna for all of your help! Binto at the phone boutique at Market Mall is just but a very kind person!! I was attended to very kindly and resiliently, even when closing time narrowed in. I got to get my phone and great service that really touched my heart!! This really made me reflect on what being passionate about your job is!!! Keep up the great work 'Wow' I recommend your store over and over again!!!! And your stuff are representing you perfectly!!!! I have been to different stores; but this one is a different place in a very great and beautiful way!!!!

If you are looking to get a phone under a contract, Shibu is the person to go to. This is the second phone I bought through him and he never disappoints. Amazing customer service and he stayed beyond the closing time to help with data transfer from old phone to new phone.

Thanks for all the professional customer service supports received by Shashank Shah. He is so knowledgeable both in technical issues and interpersonal skills. Despite of the complexity of my problems in entering my account and checking and paying my bills due to switching from Fido to Koodo, he was able to quickly solve those problems.And thanks for the coffee he served us within a while we were waiting him to solve the problems.

Slavi helped me and my wife get two new phones. He stayed past closing, transfered all my data and put on my screen protectors. Everything was working great when we finished. This is the second time we bought phones from him. Thank you Slavi.

Went in the yesterday to get a new phone and contract and Slavi was fantastic! He found me the best deal for a new phone without trying to sell me something I didn’t need" which was really appreciated. I stopped by to ask a question About adding a cellular plan for an Apple watch, but unfortunately my carrier did not support the watch. Jay the store manage helped switch over me and my wife’s phones to a different carrier and get the watch connected. He was very professional and very friendly to deal with. Highly recommended.
