Absolute scam. Don’t trust reviews, guys. The man lied and insulted us more than 10 times. That’s unbelievable. That’s how your business works?We brought our computer and after diagnostic he said that he fixed motherboard and we have to fix power supply as well, because it’s broken. With NEW power supply it still shows the same problem. It doesn’t work AT ALL. We came again and asked why computer still not working. We had “professional” decision even written on the receipt he gave us. He insulted us MORE THAN 10 times!If u respect yourself, don’t come here. Whatever problem you have, u can be insulted and charged for NOTHING.Reviews are fake 100%. Your best decision definitely will be to prefer another company.LIERS. they can say anything, but remember that people don’t leave bad reviews without reason

My MacBook stopped working spontaneously one day. I contacted Apple support and they were unsuccessful in assisting me. I did a quick google search for laptop repairs and Tech Depot was rated very high. I took a chance and dropped off my laptop. Best decision!! Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest staff helped me resolve my issue!! They kept me engaged on what they were doing to try and resolve the issue. Very happy I trusted Tech Depot. If you’re looking for assistance with your tech gadgets, trust Tech Depot!!

I've been dealing with this place for a long time now, I always return because they treat me like family.I bought an iPhone 13 recently from them for a great price and, I just repaired my daughter macbook here. I do all my electronics purchases here.I always return to tech depot. The sales manager and the technician manager are amazing and very helpful. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy establishment, you will not be disappointed by coming to Tech Depot!! I guarantee it.

Don’t trust the reviews.They didn’t manage to repair the desktop computer. Claimed they fixed the motherboard, charged $200+, yet the problem persisted, and there was no physical signs of any fixes on the motherboard. When the computer was brought back to them, they refused to do the work that we paid for. Instead, they came up with direct insults, accusation of lies, and expletives. This scammers should not be allowed to operate in Canada.

This was my first experience with Tech Depot and the staff here were very professional. I purchased an apple watch from them recently and rather than selling their merchandise on a first-come-first-serve basis like most other businesses, they put the item on hold for me until I arrived even though some other customers inquired about their limited stock. Great prices and very friendly staff, will definitely come back again!

First experience with Tech Depot and it was great. Great Communication with me through the process keeping me updated on the status of my repair. Ahmad is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be coming back to purchase a new TV soon.

I purchased a new Surface GO from them for an incredible deal, and the technician also transferred data from my broken device to this new device at a largely discounted price. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, amazing prices. I will definitely come back for any other computer/tech needs.

Absolutely not satisfied with the service.Monitor would show no signal when connected to the pc- black screen and no signal. Did diagnostics for my pc at the store in April. The owner said the problem was in the motherboard and power supply. Owner claimed to “fix” motherboard (even though he did not install a new motherboard and the old one had no signs of anything being fixed). He charged me 250$ for “fixing” the motherboard and doing the diagnostics. He offered to change the power supply as well and warned not to use the old power supply of mine. My partner left a bad review. I changed my power supply as recommended (computer was not used with the old power supply). After connecting it to the computer it worked for 2 minutes and then I got the same problem I had at the beginning - black screen and no signal. Thus the diagnostics were done incorrectly- the computer is not working properly. I went to the store today and asked them to do the diagnostics once again since it was not done correctly the first time and even after “fixing” the motherboard and changing the power supply the computer is still not working. The stuff told me they can diagnose it again for $50. Obviously, I did not agree to that. The stuff passed me the phone, so I could talk to the owner directly. The owner started to insult me by calling me a liar and saying I’m a boy and not a man since it’s my girlfriend who left the bad review and not me the first time. This is absurd. Even if the owner does not agree with me he has no right to insult me, he could have simply refused to do the diagnostics for free, period. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t trust reviews(!!)

Very sketchy place. I came here to drop off a package since it is a UPS access point. I was returning a box with an iPhone in it, to be sent to apple. Apple called me a few days later to say they received the box and the phone was not in there. The guy working at the store knew there was an apple product in the box since the return label said Apple return. This store sells iPhones, so I’m sure they stole it to resell it.I will never be returning to this store. Stay away!!
