Good store, wish they stocked more drinks so didnt have to pick different drinks every few visits.

So I went to purchase a freedom mobile card today. But instead I was sold a Bell Mobility card. Before using the card, I called the store back to ask if Bell Mobility would work with freedom mobile. They said it would work. So I tried activating my account with the Bell Mobility card and it wouldn't work. I went back up to the store to tell them the problem and they said the card was non-refundable. As well I then find out they had a freedom Mobile card for the same amount I paid for the Bell Mobility. I asked if I could exchange the Bell Mobility card for a freedom Mobile card and they said no. I am not going back to the store because apparently they don't listen very well when something is said bluntly. I advise those who go to the store to be careful with what you say. Unfortunately I am now screwed over and have to try to find someone to buy this Bell Mobility card off of me because I am not with bell I am with freedom. It's pretty sad, because this store is only up the street from me. But after tonight, I will not be visiting the store again. Also, for those that are First Nation status members like I am, they will not honour your status at this store. As well for anyone who's still chooses go to the store, make sure you keep your receipts in case any of you possibly get screwed over in any other way like I did
