I was in a wedding this past weekend and customer service was AWFUL. Set up was supposed to be Thursday morning, with super tent arriving around 8:30 am. Cue 2 pm and they finally show up - with the wrong size of tent, no less (smaller than what bride had ordered, so required two tents that didn’t even line up) - with people who didn’t know how to set up the tent? So the groomsmen ended up having to set the tent up and we’re setting it up until 2 am. Friday morning, again, Super Tent was supposed to come around noon to help set up the dance floor, back drop, and chandeliers. The wedding party started to set up the stage and tables inside the tent in the morning to get ahead of the game as they should have all been done Thursday. As we were putting linens on the tables (over 20 tables plus head table), there were MAYBE 3 clean table cloths, the rest being coffee stained OR mouldy!!!!! Noon comes around and no sign of Super Tents. So our bridal party tried to contact her via cell and email- no answer. We got ahold of someone else from the company who said she left her cellphone at another location but no one had any way of contacting her. She did not show up until almost 5pm Friday. By that point the bridal party set up the dance floor & backdrop on our own as we had to start rehearsal around 6:30 pm. She tried to refuse to set up the chandeliers, saying we were in the way and she “didn’t have enough time”. Thankfully she had someone with her that knew what he was doing and was able to set them up for us - but not before the Super Tent owner upset the mother of the bride to the point of tears. The actual wedding day was perfect, no thanks to Super Tent. Then, clean up day on Sunday she stated she “couldn’t get her job done on Thursday or Friday because we were in her way” meanwhile none of the work would have been done by her anyways because she didn’t show up for 5+ hours both days. 10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

My friend got married a couple weeks ago. If I could give it zero stars I would. All set up was to be done in 1 day but took 2 days. The first day, we showed up at 9pm and the tent still wasn't up. We left at 1am and the groomsmen almost had it done but was still working on it. There wasn't any time to set up the rest so they promised to be back by noon the next day. Finally at 2:30pm the bridal party started setting up the backdrop, tables, chairs, etc with no sign of them showing up. They did eventually show up just in time to put up the chandeliers but no time for lights. The entire thing was just a mess. Lack of communication, late, the wrong size tent, wrong size dance floor... the list is endless. Learn from our experience - go with a company you can trust.

We use Super Tents for work every summer and a family wedding. we rented tents, tables, chairs, and had beautiful decor done for the wedding including a stunning backdrop behind the head table. The crew was incredible, They have always been kind and professional, so easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Where do I start with these people. Well for starters.. do not rent anything from them. My best friend's wedding was this weekend.. Super Tents were late, rude and unprofessional in every step of the way. They were super friendly up until they got payment then their attitude changed and we were a burden to her every times we called her.. they failed to leave us the walls for the tent, I had to meet this women at her shop at 11:30 at night to get them. She said she was to busy to drop them at a locatioj in the city to make things easier on everyone even though the spot was a block and a half away from her own shop space. She only gave me 2 sides instead of 4 and I had to go buy my own pegs because she didn't give me those either.. the tables are busted and give you slivers.. Jenni from the block.. your attitude stinks and so does your business.. I highly recommend you find someone else to accomodate your wedding, part or event because Jenni will not be accommodating in any way.. she kept giving us excuses like the has other tents to set up.. lady you should have finished this job before moving on to another. Plain and simple.. Super Tents are Super goofs.

We hired Super Tent to do our wedding during the pandemic and due to lockdowns had to reschedule 3 times. They were so wonderful to deal with, very patient and accommodating. We finally just had our wedding and it was nothing short of a dream. The tent was beautiful, decorations were perfect. We highly recommend Super Tent and will be using them again in the future 10/10

We rented a 40x80 pole tent with a dance floor, lights and decorations from Super Tent Party Rentals. They communicated with us every step of the way. The set up was beautiful, the staff was professional and friendly. We will absolutely use this company again

We were recommended to Super Tent from a friend who used them for their wedding last summer. We met Jen while they were setting up our friends tent and decided to book with them for our daughters wedding. Jen was lovely throughout the process, answered all my questions and met with me on several occasions to go over decor ideas. Our event turned out beautifully. We will be using them again and highly recommend their services

Where do I begin. This past week was by far the worst wedding setup experience I have ever been involved in. My heart is broken for the bride and her family as SuperTent ruined the entire experience for them. With the exception of a couple of very helpful and knowledgeable staff members of hers, supertent was useless. The owner is quite possible the most rude and horrible person I have ever encountered.They arrived around 2:00 on Thursday, they were supposed to arrive by 9am. Her job was to set up the tent, which she didn’t even bring the right tent, setup the dance floor lighting in the tent, do the backdrop. She said it would take a couple of hours. Fast forward 5 hours and the tent was still on the ground and almost all supplies still in the truck. The men of the wedding party and the brides father had to help them put up the tent and make the dance floor. The wedding party also had to put up the sides of the tent, and which were dirty, ripped and did not match. We were there until almost 2am. That night it was promised she would come back by noon Friday to finish setting up so that it would be complete by the rehearsal. That did not happen. She would not respond to emails or calls so the bridal party made that backdrop ourselves. When she finally arrived at 5pm, an hour before rehearsal she was unapologetic and rude. She threatened to leave several times without putting up the chandeliers which was promised. She made both sisters of the bride cry, the bride herself had a panic attack and she made the mother of the bride cry. All an hour before rehearsal. All of this was so unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour by someone who claims to assist a bride in prepping for the most important day of her life. I never write reviews, because I truly do believe people make mistakes and have bad days however Jen was absolutely horrific to deal with and I refuse to see another bride or family be treated in that way. Do not hire her. And for the couple of people that worked for her who were compassionate and helpful, we thank you.

My husband and I hired Supertent for our October wedding. Jenny and her crew were amazing! On setup day they arrived on time and promptly started setting up the tent. They were quick and professional. The 40 x 80 tent went up on Tuesday, that night we had some heavy winds but the tent stood strong and was perfect for our wedding on Saturday. All the linens were clean and the tables and chairs were in great condition. Jenny was delightful to communicate with. I could tell she really cared about making our dream wedding a reality. Thank you Supertent! I would definitely recommend Supertent for any tent events in the future!

We recently hired Super Tent Sarnia for decorating and rented a white dance floor for our hall, it was so beautiful. Jenny created such a lovely space and we were so in love with our backdrop and table tops. Such a sweetheart through the entire process and so talented. Would highly recommend
