Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked via Priceline & provided my loyalty number. Branch Manager at this location reached out in advance by email to remind me to bring documentation (license & credit card). Rental was easy to pickup by visiting the first floor office & Mr. A" provided friendly & quick service. Dropping the car off hours return was also simple. Great rate even for a last minute booking."

pretty difficult to get the right entrance if you ve never been there before. so you need to enter the hotel parking (right part of the hotel) and then go down to level C (by default you will be at level A). there is a sign saying enterprise drop off. leave the car there and then take the elevator to floor 1 in the hotel, that s where the office is. (same applies for car picking)

The experience was smooth and efficient. The customer rep young lady was very helpful. The vehicle it self though was not as clean as I have been used too when renting from Enterprise in the USA. The exterior was dusty , the windows, dirty . The trunk was dirty and I had to wash it myself before I could put my luggage in it. The car performed well mechanically.

The guy doesn't speak ANY english. At a car-rental place...Not only is this unacceptable already, the website showed there were cars available at this branch to reserve but the guy insisted there wasn't.Just go to the Limoilou branch. It's much better.

If you don't feel stupid this outlet will help you feel that way. No one was at the desk. No instructions on where to leave the car. When the clerk returned he ignored our suggestion that a sign might help indicate who to call or where to leave the car. I'm sure he doesn't hate people, he just seems to hate people who rent a car here. While waiting for the guy to show up we called the help line and they told us we could return to car to another branch. Nice of them to offer not to charge us for the late return because we have to drive to the distant location. But no worry. The other location was closed. Well, don’t I feel stupid.

This rental service has a poor management regarding the issues on their cars, they always give you clean sheets with no issues but when you go inspect the car it has little bumps and things that leave you doubtful about if it should be noted or not. When you bring back the car and do your own inspection, you think you gave it back in “good shape” according to their inspection method. They are going to pursue stuff you for minor things like a small crack under the plastic body or a small bump on the door, the stuff you account as normal and makes you think it was there before. It’s a huge time waste to deal with all their paperwork for something you aren’t sure you are the one responsible for.

Very quick and easy rental experience. Car was in good shape and they let us drop off after hours so we wouldn't have to pay our own hotels overnight parking cost. Decent one day rental price made touring the area efficient and inexpensive. So glad we did it.

We were given an upgrade that did not work out. When I called to discuss a change and asked , in French, if I could continue the conversation in English I was told no. I understand that it may have proved difficult. But then the service person told me to call back the next day when the manager returns. Guess I will have to do that since there is no other option and no one could assist us with our questions.

Front desk is located inside of the Delta lobby. Vehicle return is located on right side of building on R. Jean-Jaques-Bertrand

This review is for the Enterprise Quebec City, Canada location, which is conveniently located at the Delta hotel, which is about a 15 min walk from the old town. The employees were very friendly, and did not push for any upgrades or useless add-ons. The entire transaction was very fast and we were driving away with our rental car in no time.
