Not a walk-in clinic! I came early in the morning thinking this was a walking clinic as they advertised and was told by the receptionist that I needed an appointment and that they were fully booked for the next two days. Also mentioned they don’t consider themselves a walking clinic which is contradictory with their huge ad right outside their door. Strange.

This clinic is really clean and the service is excellent. The staff was polite and professional. I called beforehand to ask about walking in to get my stitches removed. They told me the cost upfront which was $30 (for my 2 stitches, with OHIP coverage.) Went in and it only took 5 minutes. Overall, great experience and would continue coming to this clinic if needed.Also, note that their physical store signs say “Cloud Health.” It is the same clinic, just a different name.

I just walked here with my grandchildren for the walk in clinic which it States in the reviews it is a walk in clinic to be told it is not a walk in clinic. This is very upsetting as my granddaughter is sick and needs a doctor now.

BE AWARE: WALK-IN CLINIC IS ONLY ON THURSDAYS. And you should call ahead to make sure that they're taking patients. This is what I was told as of Feb 19, 2023.

Is this a walk-in clinic? I tried to see a doctor but they said they’re fully booked for the day. Then the reception said if I book an appointment, it would be for February 29th? It’s not a leap year this year. The person (guy) was very dismissive, but the other staff was friendly when said sorry. Do you have to speak Mandarin /Cantonese to see a doctor here? I’ll touch base with my Chinese friends to check if you’re refusing service to non-Chinese speakers because I did see several people walking-in this morning and they were served.

Best and quickest service I have ever had at a walk in clinic. While it was busy when I arrived the staff quickly helped me register. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Additionally, I was able to have a phone call with the Dr. within minutes of leaving to get a prescription filled. This was 15 minutes sooner than I expected based on what the staff told me. I am very impressed.

Made an appointment for my daughter who was having some health issues. The staff were very kind, polite,and efficient. A real hidden gem. Doctor Mike was extremely thorough and listened to my daughter's issues without rushing her. She was extremely nervous to go, but was so happy she went. Thanks so much sunny health

It was the best experience I have ever had with all clinics in GTA. I was able to book a virtual consultation for my dad on the same day and it was a Saturday! The online appointment booking system was easy to navigate, the doctor called on time and provided detailed consultation, and the front desk staff was super friendly and efficient when I requested to send the prescription to his pharmacy. Too bad they are not taking new patients at this point. We will continue using their walk-in service and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Went alone for the first time, Doctor was nice. Receptionist was horrible never going back, told me the wrong information and didn’t want to admit it her mistake. Screamed at me so loudly another customer came to assist me. Hope she can change her attitude and no one else will be horrified like I was. Phone number doesn’t work and apparently it’s ok for a clinic to not answer. Hope they can really improve their work ethic.
