Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise middleton is a Great place, my car needed some work so i got my first rental car ever there . The guy was really nice and helpful and he upgraded me to a 2023 audi A4 S line it was a very beautiful car. I will definitely return here in the future.

This company did a great job providing my wife and i a vehicle that met our standards after my wife's accident. We will defiantly be returning costumers.

I can honestly say the commitment to customer satisfaction has gone above and beyond! After a mistake with a pickup location, the company was absolutely amazing in ways I could never dreamed of problem resolution. They were beyond happy to work with me with the down fall of events that happened as a result. I will not put my business with any other rental company! (Multiple renting experiences, always premium quality service ❤️

Very accommodating

I was in a hurry when going to pick up my car, this terrible experience took almost an hour! 1st the lady working was her 1st day ( which I totally understand having to learn) however she was left unattended for over an hour. With multiple calls to her co-worker for help were unanswered she finally called the head office. Assuming she had figured it out, she had all my information (My name, address, credit card info, drivers licence) i paid with debit and I left with the car FINALLY (being late for work) I was told when and how to return the car. Which I did. This happened in Sept. This month I was contacted by a credit agency saying I had a bill for $60 in collections. THIS IS APPAULING! Not once was I contacted by enterprise regarding this! They had billed my debit at the time, also had my credit card and full mailing address on file. NOT ONCE was I contacted by enterprise to resolve this ... or why wasn't my credit card billed, that is why they take your number is it not? Now my credit is damaged due to no fault of my own! I will not be renting from enterprise again and I suggest none of my friends, family or colleags do either. Unless you want your credit damaged and to go through the hassle of trying to correct this!

The staff were amazing and very easy to work with after my accident. I would recommend to anyone.
