This Time Hortons has really amped up its game in the past few weeks. Always friendly, they now seem to have newer staff that are both friendly and speedy. A terrific combo when you’re on the road, between appointments that their drive-thru is less than 1 minute of your life.Amazing!Want to walk inside? the entrance is tucked behind the building closer to Woodlawn Rd.

The staff is very friendly and kind there. There is one employee Ramandeep, she is very nice and very friendly as I ordered food and a girl on food unit, she talked with me very rudely, them Ramandeep came and handeled all this situation and talked to me very politely, this makes very happy. She is really a good girl and she has good quality of dealing with customers.Thanks

Hit and miss honestly. Service is good one day and then the next day it’s total garbage. Bagels are always burnt and apparently some employees don’t know how to put spread in the bagel like they used to before.

So I went there this morning and clearly someone doesn't know how to toast and use the proper amount and spread it i only got a quarterof a bagel with cream cheeseon it. Like really? Shame on you for giving this to anyone. Disgusting food service.

The people should know how to take the drive thru orders and should also have some knowledge about the offers. We have almost waited for 8mins to resolve the issue and another 10mins in queue plus to get the order we waited for another 2-3mins. I feel the service is very bad.

It always amazes me at Tim Horton's there will be 7-9 employees. There are customers in the line inside waiting to order. None of the employees notice the line inside the store. Tim's employees are masters of going about their work without once looking up or over towards where customers line up to order. It has to be either taught during training or a condition of employment as it happens at every location. In most cases not all the employees are actually doing anything. And one or two other employees will emerge from the back. They will be the one to engage an employee nit wearing the white kitchen gear that people are standing in line. What occurs next is always comical when you're asked have you ordered?" One time I would like to say " yes

So for the first time in my life a tea from this location made me violently sick.Mind you I only had 4 sips and something tasted incredibly bad.I get home and violently vomited everywhere! What did I find at the bottom of my cup… cookie crumbs… I’m a celiac… do you know what gluten does to someone with celiac. If not I suggest u look it up before this happens again… one angry customer! Steep tea 3 oat milk 2 sugar in a CLEAN cup next time!!!!

There was a fly in my Peach Quencher but didn't realize it until I got to my destination. I was going to open it and noticed the dead fly at the bottom of my drink. It rather was in the cup when pouring OR was on or in the machine. Either way disgusting and wont be returning to this location
