This has to be the worst burger King ever.I just ordered the mix and match, cheese burger and chicken sandwich. The guy said I have to make the long cheese burger on a whopper bun

Each time we visit this restaurant, something goes wrong. Last time, we ordered jr. Whopper, there were no small buns, only those for whoppers. This time, the coffee wasn't made until our food orders were handed to us. We were eating breakfast, with no coffee. When the coffee was finally ready, there was no cream in the creamer container. Another wait. There was only one person working the counter. She was not friendly at all, but no wonder, she was overwhelmed.

The worst BK ever, at least in three countries! 3/4 times, they take the order wrong; since it’s drive through, I can’t check what I have till I come home. I just want to have cheeseburgers with lettuce only. Just this. They gave me regular cheeseburgers with no lettuce in it! Why am I still going there? Because it’s the closest one but no longer!

6:00pm on Thursday June 1. Two customers ahead of our family (served and waiting).10 minutes later, our order had not been taken and 3 employees were standing out front apparently waiting on food for drive through.We quietly left, drove < minute to A&W where we were served immediately.This BK typically has excellent customer service and good food.Tonight was disappointing.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru to order just to be told they ran out of beef. Absolutely ridiculous I worked for bk for a year and never seen one get this bad.

Burger patties were cold during my dine-in experience. The fries could have been warmer as well it was as if I had eaten a day-old burger and fries that was kept under a warmer for 2 days. Over all I would be been better off saving the 25$

Work customer service ever!Train your staff members to at smile say hello or atleast to reply when customer says thankyou even after receiving greetings from customer himself!It’d be better off to shut down business rather than running like this!

Very bad Customer Service.I am skip driver and I visited there for picking up the order and my pick up time 9:49 and at 9:59 tha manager padam is saying it's gonna take another 6 minutes the other 2 skip drivers came before they already left and he didn't apologize me for this and showing attitude to me very bad bad service.
