Glow Nails and Beauty

A lovely nail and beauty salon with a big selection of gel nail colour option. I got my nails done and treated myself to a massage. I would book more treatments if I could! The salon has a nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely. Highly recommended.

I had my eyebrow wax done today and I am very pleased with the results. Staff are friendly and it is a welcoming atmosphere. Reasonable prices for quality service. I will be going back to try some of their facial treatments.

I'm really not one for complaining as I hate confrontation and, quite honestly, I have better things to do with my time! But I really felt I had to reach out to voice my disappointment on this occasion. I had inail acrylics done and, the same evening following my appointment, I reached into my bag and one came off. I was pretty surprised as I hadn't caught it or bumped it in any way.The follow day I lost several and I'd had enough as I had to work and couldn't deal with having them missing so I removed the rest. I was expecting it to be a hard and damaging process (as it should be) but they popped off so easily, I have no idea how these are supposed to last for 2-3 weeks. The shop are covered by a refund/complaint policy which I understand, but how they can expect people to want to return to have their nails redone when they're such poor quality in the first place baffles me. I spent the best part of £25 for nothing, I can't get a refund under their policy (well-played!) and sadly won't be returning.
