Bright Lock and Key

I locked myself out of my truck trying to get my kids to school on a cold winter morning. Richard was very prompt in returning my call so early. He came out and within seconds we were inside and off to their school. He made a few spare keys in a quick hurry. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs locksmith services.

Received some very excellent service today from Richard. Not only was he very willing to work around my schedule, I received a very fair price and he was able to turn my poorly made and non-working key into a functioning one. Seemed like a great guy, as well. Highly recommended.

Richard was great! He re-keyed every door I needed, and made certain every door he worked on functioned better than how he found them (at no additional charge!). He was friendly, and provided info/tips along the way. I plan to never use any other locksmith company in the metro area.

I first contacted Bright and spoke with Rich. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He advised me on a few things that i should check with my vehicle before coming out. That alone impressed me. I spoke with him two times after that before actually having them come out. I called this morning and Richard was out the same day. My car is running beautifully with my new key. The experuence was actually priceless and the charge was way less then i expected to pay. I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so very much.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car and Richard was able to get into my heavily tinted Dodge Charger in just a few minutes (which was not easy to do when you cannot see in through the windows at all). With no damage or scratches to my vehicle.Before he left he gave me advice about my key fob that no longer works, and told me that they could repair it. He also gave me advice about getting reimbursed from my insurance as vehicle lock out is usually covered under roadside assistance, which I was unaware of. 10/10 would recommend. I called at like 12:30 pm and they were out to help in about 2 hours. Really reasonably priced too, cheaper than I thought it was going to be for sure.

Amazing service! The gentleman that came out (Richard maybe?) was very nice. I had him out for re-keying of existing locks and he even fixed some other things he found wrong with the existing locks and how they were setup. This company definitely genuinely cares about the safety of their customers. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend!!
