Decent sized bus. Reasonably priced rates. Friendly customer service. The time factor is never an issue, at least within my own experiences. Departs on time and arrives on time. VERY accommodating, whatever the issue a rider is facing, mainly Kasper staff or the driver should the concern arise during trip. The best is done to help, support and find away to go above and beyond the expectation to keep passengers safe, content and pleased. Driver was very welcoming.Gave us a heads up on rest stops and pick up spots for other customer locations...Drove in such a safe and steady manner.Getting our feed back on temperature in vehicle.Maintain a sense of social distancing with such professionalism...I recommend this as a family friendly business.I would support this transportation system for anyone looking to get around.

Have used Kasper for my shuttle to ThunderBay and the company is great, very accommodating, driver is always great, friendly and safe. Will use them as much as I possibly can in the future.

Always friendly staff every time I’ve been there, the lady at front desk is always so nice to me, I’ll definitely keep using there service, love the fact that groceries , other items get there same day especially with the prices in Siouxlookout, so sending things is so much cheaper and affordable for my friends in Siouxlookout, thanks so much kasper always great service ?

Richard was very helpful with getting a parcel for me from a place not close to a large city. They were able to pick up our parcel and deliver it very quickly, very reasonable rates, and made it very easy for our package to be delivered to Thunder Bay. I don’t think other services would have been able to do what Kasper was able to do in a very quick and cost effective way. Thanks to the staff out front in the office as well, and the driver too...very helpful and friendly. Two thumbs way up !Dave.

Kasper has a great business model providing a much-needed service to the region, which makes it extra unfortunate that the owner is so aggressive that I can't in good conscience use the service ever again.Any time someone has had less-than-stellar feedback about the company over the last few years, he berates them with an onslaught of private Facebook messages making personal attacks and empty legal threats about slander (see his replies to any and all negative reviews on here for a great example of this).I understand how frustrating it can be as a business owner to receive negative feedback when you're trying hard to do well, but this manner of dealing with issues is reprehensible and is certainly not doing their image any favours. I have used Kasper for rides to Dryden in the past, but after seeing so many instances of public abuse of customers I would be terrified to deal with them again out of fear that I'll be the next unlucky person on the receiving end.I'm certain this will result in another response from the owner suggesting this is part of a defamation campaign" by a competing service

Phenomenal Customer Service.My experience with Kasper Transportation was absolutely phenomenal. Coming from Geraldton to Thunder Bay, the driver was amazing; picked us up on time and arrived safely with no issues. Everyone was SUPPORTIVE and GENUINELY CARING. Being my first time in Thunder Bay, I was welcomed with open arms by the team. I was helped right away, all my questions were answered.I will recommend Kasper services to everyone, without any doubts. Thank you Kasper for transporting our wedding party safely and securely. The buses were very clean and on time, the drivers courteous, couldn't ask for more!

My 65 year old mother was told that she was to put her own luggage on and off. Her and other passengers did this then another employee came out and said to take everything out. Not 1 staff member helped anyone with this. Shouldn't this be part of your services??

Employees were awesome. And when there was a misunderstanding that led to some hot water, me and the owner cleared things up, was totally unaware of alot and was very frustrated! Even though I didn't use their services this time due to my tight time frame they still tried their best to accommodate me. Would suggest using Kasper, and would use myself if in that position again but with better planning
