This is the first time I’ve left a review of a work pick up, and I’ve been driving 10 years. Everyone here is so friendly! I’ve picked up/delivered to 1000’s of places and this is the best by far! I hope they send me back here again!!

Thanks for taking COVID seriously, unlike the Pfennings store in St. Agatha who is a disgrace to the region of waterloo.

The fruits and veggies they sell are of good quality and good to eat . I recently visited the store and did not know much about what they sell, The reason I had gone there was because of they were selling fresh whole chickens. I ended up learning more on their food delivery system, which I thought was really cool.Great store to get healthy food with less chemicals.

I have been purchasing produce from Pfennings for over 15 years, and they are the best organic farm in Ontario. They grow incredible produce in terms of quality and flavor, they grow the best carrots I've ever had. Everyone there is such a pleasure to deal with from the owners to the staff to the drivers. They take pride in their work and it shows.

We are on the weekly delivery service.I wake up and boom... milk is there. No drama, no issues, on time every week.Highly recommended.

We have been a wholesale customer of Pfennings for 3 years, and couldn't be happier. They go above and beyond with their customer service, and are extremely professional. We are never shorted, and always know well in advance if there is a stock issue- and they always have a replacement if there is.The delivery service is top notch. We live in a rural area, and not only do they drive in all conditions, they are always on time. The drivers always bring the produce to exactly where we need it. Always masked, and take covid protocols very seriously- which is very appreciated.They have incredible variety for our meal delivery business, and we can always get what we need. Quality is amazing, especially what they grow themselves. They are the absolute best produce distributor in Ontario, worth every penny. We are happy to be developing a long lasting relationship with them, and truly feel valued as a customer.

This business encourages you not to wear a mask. Avoid at all costs. Who knows what other rules they are not following.
