Mohamed Abdalla was absolutely fantastic and very helpful! I have a custom built desktop PC, used mostly for gaming, that was running into some issues that I initially thought could be graphics card or CPU related. I called Mohamed Abdalla on a Monday and he drove to me on the same day, tried some troubleshooting at my apartment and then took my PC with him to do further testing - discovering the issue was motherboard related. Friday that same week he drove to my apartment to drop the PC off and all the issues had been fixed! He stayed on site with me to make sure the PC was running smoothly and with no issues. I could not find a repair shop to fix my laptop because it is very old. I needed the inside cleaned out, and the thermal paste replaced. I've fixed this laptop a couple times, but I am not confident to replace the thermal paste, as you have to disassemble the entire laptop. There are very delicate ribbon cables and I didn't want to risk breaking them. I contacted the company via a request on the website, got back an email and call to schedule on the same day. I scheduled for the next day, and the repair could not have gone better. The technician was very friendly, and we chatted for a bit after I explained the problem. The technician mentioned the delicate ribbon cables, and said it would be best not to go further, and perhaps spend this money on a new computer. I knew the repair would be costly, but I was okay with that. I asked him to continue because if he damaged the cable, it would be okay, since I cannot use the computer in this state anyways. He spent 3 hours in total fixing my laptop, and I could not be happier! It no longer overheats, and I can keep using it. He gave me a discount on the repair. After the discount, I was short of 27 dollars in cash, as I was expecting to pay with debit. The technician was very understanding of the situation and was very kind to me. He said it was okay, and took the cash I had. This technician was extremely experienced and went above and beyond to get my laptop fixed. I am happy with the service from this company, and now I know where to go if I need any tech support, or computer repair. 10/10, would use this company again.

Mohamed Abdalla provided stellar work for us, in particular salvaging precious photos from a dead computer that we thought were gone for good and which other experts could not retrieve. He is also professional, quick and offers extremely fair pricing.

Mohamed was able to fix our problem quickly and was very nice to interact with. It would be helpful though if the repair person is running late, for TickTochTech to let the customer know with a text or call.

Mohamed Abdalla was so helpful with the project we worked on with us at VaynerMedia Canada. He installed access points, replaced our router and came to trouble shoot when we needed him. There was a blue screen on my laptop. I contacted Tick Tock Tech, and they were very quick to respond. I got a call from Rajan instantly and he rectified the issue in a very short period of time. He was very professional and seemed to have a good knowledge of his work. I am very happy with the work overall.

Website says they do laptop repair. Phoned the number. Agent says they don't do laptop repair. Told me to buy new computer instead. What?
