We came from a different studio and the teachers as well as the owners here have gone above and beyond anything we could hope for. Our eldest is a competitive dancer and is truly loving every min of this year.

My daughter has been with Pure Energy for 3 years and she is always excited to go to her dance classes. We all feel like a big fun family there. Jim & Sheila and all teachers are awesome!

Moral of this story is.. Make sure you take a free trial class first!I paid$40 registration fee 12/31$64.98 Tuition Fee 12/31$64.98 tuition fee 02/01Total of $169.96 essentially for one class.My daughter did one class and didn’t like it. She didn’t like the teacher. Fine.. it happens. I cancelled.There are no refunds.After asking them to consider that her trial class they graciously decided after “reviewing my file” they would refund the February tuition amount of $64.98. So one class for $105.00 .A lot of money wasted for a single mom with 4 kids but, live and learn I guess.

I was really looking forward to having my son attend the all boys hip hop class. However the customer service at this studio is awful. I have called 3 separate times and left 3 messages in the past two weeks. No one has bothered to phone me back. I had some simple questions before registration not asking for much. If they can not even return a simple phone call, I lost trust that they could provide a great program, or a safe environment for my son. There is zero excuse to not have a reception during registration.**Update**: You guys have not called me back a couple of times". I have zero missed calls nor has there been any voicemails left. Frankly I am even more upset at the fact that your business would choose to flat out lie to save face. I also question your motives as it took you 20 minutes to respond to a public negative review and over 2 weeks to respond to a phone call. Regardless all calls were placed to your studio after 4:30pm the time clearly stated on your business hours. None of them were answered

My daughter joined Pure Energy comp team this past September and it has been an amazing experience for her. Not only do Sheila and Jim make you feel welcome from day 1, the environment they create is wonderful. They have provided a positive teaching environment and have helped my daughter grow each class. We feel very proud to be part of the Pure Energy family.

Our Daughter has participated in the many programs and camps offered at Pure Energy. She has been going to Pure Energy for more than 6 years. Jim and Sheila are excellent, the studios are clean the staff is friendly and professional. The programs are varied and offer a wide variety. This year our daughter has participated in the competitive dance team. Our daughter loves it and has become more responsible for her school studies and her own schedule. She is challenged and excited to be a part of her teams... such a great environment for a young lady to grow and become a more confident person. Enroll in a program your son or daughter will enjoy the experience.

I danced here as a teen, and now 20 years later my son and I have been welcomed into this extended dance family. No other studio focuses on the artistry, technique, and mental well being of dancers the way that Pure Energy does in Hamilton.

Our daughter is new to the studio and was welcomed with open arms. She is a competitive dancer and has improved immensely this year. The instructors go above and beyond to help her achieve her goals. Good balance of technique while keeping things fun. Sheila and Jim have been at this for many years and it is evident that they have it figured out. Pure Energy was definitely the right choice for our girl!!

We have been going to Pure Energy Dance for almost 8 years now. My oldest started in the recreation level at 18 months old, and is now in the Competitive Level. My youngest daughter is still in the recreational level. Both of my girls love the studio and would not want to be anywhere else. The owners and teachers are all amazing, talented, caring and loving people. They care about the growth and development of every child and they make every child feel special.My daughters love them and look up to them, and we are very happy being part of the Pure Energy Family.

Fantastic dance studio! My son wanted to try hip hop and after 3 classes they refunded the class fee as he wasn’t ready for dance. My daughter absolutely loves dance class and ask about it all the time.
