Thoroughly enjoyed having Appliance Repair Services coming to fix my freezer. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. They performed a great service with great speed, I'd definitely recommend them to other homeowners that aren't too sure about who to trust for fixing their appliances around the house!

Technician came on time and serviced my samsung dryer the same day I called. Would definitely recommend.

I had called in a technician to find out what was wrong with my dryer, paid $80 for the quote. Then he said it ould take 4 weeks for the part. After over 12 agonizing weeks, I almost forgot about it and just happened to call them, and then it magically JUST ARRIVED". The ladies here take forever to respond

Hired to repair sub zero fridge. Was told service fee would be $350 but would go towards repair. I was fine with that. Repair guy came, he unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in. He told me that would fix it, and to call him if it didn’t. Then I had to pay him the $350, which again, I was ok with since he said to call if there was still an issue. I called two days later stating it still wasn’t working. He called me back and said, sorry, they don’t make parts for you model of fridge anymore. I’ve since contacted sub zero (model of my fridge) and they do in fact make the parts and these guys aren’t authorized to service them. So I paid $350 for someone to come unplug my fridge. They won’t talk to me on the phone or answer my emails. Super frustrated.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship that Nick (our tech) provided. He was very meticulous and professional from start to finish. He's also a very nice guy.5 STARS ALL DAY!

They responded quickly and came within a few days and fixed my dryer in just a couple hours. It wasn't cheap but not crazy expensive. Works great now, 6+ months later.

The problem with my ancient dryer was identified quickly and accurately. While the replacement part was expensive, the fact that it was obtained, saved me from the more expensive option of purchasing a new dryer. The technician went a step further and cleaned the inaccessible internal parts of the machine. The old dryer is working well once again. Thank you.

I emailed this company to let them know my 2 year old dryer was not working properly. Never bothered to tell me they do not cover manufacturer's warranty. I had called other companies that were open and honest about this, but not this one. Took time off work for them to charge me $84 to tell me I had to call another company that could repair the warrantied part. Shady way of doing business.
