This branch doesn’t have any tellers so unless your work can be done with an ATM I don’t recommend going here. However it does have drive through ATMs which I use often.

Never never visit this branch again. The branch manager is terrible terrible terrible attitude and lack of knowledge. Try to fool around people and not even try to result or help the problem.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Sat with the financial advisor for over an hour trying to figure out an issue. And got no where as I kept getting the run around. This branch left a sour taste in my mouth closed ALL my accounts with them and kept it moving!

Don't get scam by one of the financial advisor from Fujian. This representation activated the PROTECTION INSURANCE before asking me to sign the contract when I was opening an new credit card with her. When she asked me if I want the protection plan I said no, she told me it's already activated, she told me to DO HER A FAVOUR to sign the contract and go back home to call CIBC in order to cancel the plan while keeping the credit card.

Bank manager is privileged, entitled, lazy and discriminatory. Your role exists to help your clients with their banking needs. It doesn't exist to briefly feel someone out and then 'suggest' they leave once you decide they are too poor to be worth your time. May you reap what you sow.

when we get in the branch, we saw an employee chatting with another one that hiden inside one of the office room. I am sure he saw us but he just keep chatting for more than 5 min and ignore us. Until another employee came out from another room saw us and finally approach us very good" service!!!"

Horrible CIBC branch, no teller，no service,nothing help.I want deposit bank draft and get money right away. The bank staff told me no teller, you can deposit at machine and same as counter. I asked him I have bank draft can I get money right way? He said: yes. Same thing. When I deposited, I can’t get money, bank staff just tell me money available very soon,second day still not available.I have to call CIBC release the bank draft. But still waiting two days.This is cheating,worst branch in Ontario.

Have been at this branch for 10+ years. The tellers are second to none! Management comes and goes (too often in my opinion) but I guess that's a big bank for you. Disappointed to hear that the tellers are being phased out and they are going to more sophisticated bank machines. Hate losing that personal touch. Expecting to find another solution soon. Shame to see such good people be replaced.
