Staff is nice, place is clean, all the equipments needed. They offer a few group classes as well.

My favorite gym. The building is clean and sanitize well. The employees are friendly, and helpful as well.

Great well maintained and strict on it's policies gym.Firstly is the cleanliness, everyone is expected to bring a towel and supplies are provided to wipe down machines and from what I've seen everyone who goes here appreciates the cleanliness and thus maintains the gym.No sloppy shenanigans of your typical 24/7 unmanned gyms.Staff are knowledgable and courteous as well as guiding you through the setup process with no hassle at all if you decided to only come in to see what they had to offer.Many services are provided from classes which seem to be the most popular as well as body composition and introductory courses to weightlifting or bodybuilding. Essentially your goals are their goals.Now some have their chagrins about the pricing and I'll get into more below but the gym is large and the patrons sparse, the upkeep to having a gym to yourself is a higher price.The place is kept immaculate, the equipment plentiful, equipment variety perfect for those looking to vary their routine and most importantly to myself the space between equipment is ideal.For someone who has a mobility issue and uses weight work as exercise as well as compensation for otherwise having to use a crutch 99% of the time outside the gym. Knowing you're not constantly bumping into people or lining up for a machine is great.Not to mention the breadth of exercise equipment means you'll never be at a lost if you require a substitutional exercise due to ROM/Pain or restrictional reasons.Happy to recommend to those who actively need a gym and exercise is a passion.
