Amazing service from all staff! Initial greetings from staff were welcoming and kind. Complimentary inspection was thorough finding a general oil leak. Definitely recommend this location.

Went there for oil change, the young white guy there didn’t refill the washer fluid and didn’t check the lights at all. They used to offer free coffee which they don’t anymore, felt welcome before unlike this time. I asked the guy if he refilled the washer fluid he said he did which he didn’t. Then he refilled. Didn’t clean the windshield as well. Didn’t expect this service from Mr Lube, maybe from this location, very unprofessional.

Recently I needed to renew my car's licence plates at Service Ontario's office at 1800 Bank st. They told me I required a vehicle emissions test before they will issue my new plates. I didnt know where to go, then someone told me to just go to the nearby Mr Lube located across the road at 1841 Bank st. I was reluctant to go there because I thought Mr Lube only did fast warranty approved oil changes. However, I learned Mr Lube does a lot more. I was pleasantly impressed by their emission test, it was quickly performed without an appointment by a qualified technician, the electronic equipment looked appropriate for the job and the shop was clean and orderly. Mr Lube's paperwork was processed seemlessly by Service Ontario and they renewed my plates.I recommend Mr Lube to others for their vehicle emissions tests.Because I had a great previous experience I decided to go to Mr. Lube to get my seasonal tire change. They did a good job and it was reasonably fastIf you like my reviews, photos or videos please give them a thumbs up.

Julien and his colleagues were really kind and professional. I had a tire that was loosing pressure. It wasn't straight forward what the issue was. Guys fixed it, everything is still fine after couple of weeks. Thank you! Keep up with good work.

After standing in line for a good 15 20 mins someone comes up and asks what i am here for. Off rims tires. He then says that i am standing in the wrong line and there is at least a 4 hour wait.It would have been nice if they would put a sign to say which line is for what service. He said that there is no sign, i just come out and ask people what they are here for.A sign would be good, and also some way to tell the customers about the wait times for wach type of service.

Mechanic did a sloppy terrible job! Just the oil change costs $133 and cause an oil leak, they didn’t install the oil filter properly and had poor sealing quality. Oil was leaked from the filter slowly until gone. I heard a loud noise when he installed the filter and seemed to force it on. Don't go there if you love your car and don’t want your car to be treated violently.Read the review comments saying technicians were trained, and while serving technician talked and laughed all the time. Very unprofessional. And didn’t tell you the brand of oil. Terrible service. Expensive and got nothing. The worst Mr.Lube I have visited. I believe everyone will be angry when they encounter this experience.

Oil change sign on? Not anymore! I had the pleasure of visiting this location for an oil change and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the team. Despite the peak traffic times, the team members were all working cohesively and efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for all customers. I would like to specifically acknowledge the outstanding assistance and personal touch provided by Mohamed, who went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and informative.Following my positive experience, I can confidently say that I will only be returning to this location for future oil changes. Thanks to the team's professionalism and welcoming attitude, what could have been a dreaded task was instead an enjoyable and stress-free experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of quality service and exceptional customer care.
