The Basement

Finally went, it's a pretty cool place, the staff easy going, and a great variety of beers and spirits.Eat before coming, you don't go here to eat which I appreciate. Other comedy clubs should do the same...nothing worse than having to be interrupted by servers: taking food orders, delivering food, and clearing the tables after.Most seats face the stage, and there is a variety of seating options, so get there early to take advantage.Now that I have experienced Hell's Basement, I will pay more attention to who is performing to get the absolute best experience. I will be back!

Some friends brought me along, first time going there it's a little intimidating (I dont go to bars period) but it's a really great place full of different kinds of people that all just want to let loose and have fun. The staff is fabulous and very friendly. Great place to try if you're willing to go to hell for a drink. :)

Brought my friend for birthday celebration with a group of 8. Shannon was great coordinating tickets at door. One of my friends never stopped laughing. One female friend and two of my male friends thought it was good. Four females including the birthday girl thought it was fair. All thought the price of the drinks as outrageous.

This bar is magical! I've seen many great shows here and also had the opportunity to perform! The bar staff is amazing and the crowds are always great! Find them on social media to know the password of the night and go check out a show, you won't regret it!

I almost don't want to share what a great place this is because I always want to be able to get a seat!This gem of a spot is the kind where you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The small space, located in a basement, is beautifully and eclecticly decorated. The owner has done a great job maximizing the space to consider covid restrictions without sacrificing comfort or atmosphere.I seriously love that you have to ring the doorbell and be on the list to get in! The mood was relaxed and pleasant. Everyone was there to have a good time without overindulging or causing problems.As a customer who values customer service, I can say the staff/owner were top notch. The only thing that makes me sad is not having found this place sooner! I look forward to more awesome nights out in The Basement.

This club gets packed and I always have a great time! Staff are the best and the comedians hilarious. Don’t forget to try a shot of Hellfire!

We went to trivia at this location last night and it was excellent. The owner and the staff make you feel as though you're childhood best friends, the atmosphere was inviting, and the laughs were non-stop. I had a blast here and if you are looking for a good laugh - go to Hell('s Basement).P.s. don't forget to try their signature shot aptly named Hellfire" (their tastier version of Fireball)"

Love this place. If you have been, you know. If you haven't been, you don't know what you're missing. This place is a little gem with great entertainment including local and international comedian talent, karaoke for the ungifted and trivia nights in Hell.

This place is always amazing. Killer comedy in a killer room.

We love this bar, we go often for trivia nights, and they also have some great stand-up comedy shows. The owners are very personable and amazing and the bar staff is great always fast friendly. More people need to discover this hidden secret in Moncton.
