I have been their customer for 2 years now and they have always been amazing with their prices and support. The guy at the shop is expert in repairs and stuff so I take my phones whenever it requires an expensive repair.

I went to repair my samsung s20 charing port ask 90 dollars and after they finsh the cellphone and even after 10 days it some time charge or some time no after facing this issue I went back there after 3 week of repair to take a look what the issue and they said they have to change the charing port again and ask 90 bucks again it is not even a month or any physical damages from my self. Instead I went in to cellphone name store in the same plaza and they repair in 65 bucks and my cellphone is working great now.

Have bought iPhones from them in the past and yesterday bought iPhone 12 pro max and iWatch. Their prices are really good.Arif made sure to deliver an item to my home on time when requested. Perfect example of great customer service!Highly recommended.

Went there yesterday to get my iPhone 12 pro fixed, Amazing service, job completed successfully within 24 hours.I called them repeatedly throughout the day and was spoken too professionally and respectfully each time!!!Would definitely recommend for all your phone repair needs, their tech definitely knows what he’s doing!!!

Stay away from these crooks, and don’t sell them any of your old electronics. I communicated with someone from there for a few days back and forth regarding the sale of my older no longer used MacBook Pro that was still in great working condition, we agreed to a price, and I went to the store to finalize the deal. When at the store, they start claiming that my screen has some sort of damage on it (even though there was NOT) and offered me much less for what we had agreed to. Never sell anything to these guys, they’ll tell you one thing and then they’ll completely go against their word and screw you over in the end. That’s very bad business!

If anyone want to waste money this is the best place. We bought speaker from here after 10 days speaker got damaged then they keep the speaker 1 month in order to repair but they didn’t repair. Or they didn’t ever refund or exchange the speaker. This is the worst shop ever in Canada.

Stay clear of this business! Went in on Sunday evening with my boyfriend looking for a Sony controller for his PS4. A gentleman at the back of the store asked us what we were looking for, told him a PS4 controller, so he asked the gentleman at the cash register (who was not wearing a mask both times I visited the store) if they had any. His coworker pointed him to the middle table where they had 2 left, a green camo printed one and a solid red one. My boyfriend asked to view the green camo one, which was tagged $59.99. Although it was priced at almost retail ($74.99), he ASKED the employee if it was authentic Sony (as we have been ripped off before in the past) so he asked his coworker, to which they both assured us it was a real Sony controller. The guy helping us’ exact words were “don’t worry brother, it’s real”. Fast forward to later that night, we’re checking out the controller and immediately taking it out of the box, the buttons were plastic-y, the colours were off and it was clearly cheaply made. We also happened to have a food scale at home where we measured his TWO AUTHENTIC Sony controllers- weighing at 216g. Measured the knock-off and come to find out it weighed 200g, 16 less than the originals. Would have never spent $67.80 on a third-party Sony controller. Sent an email to the company that night, addressing my issues with photos attached, to no reply. Although they have a no return policy, I was extremely upset by their dishonesty as we made sure to confirm if it was real, to which they lied. I was very adamant about receiving my money back, so I went to the store with my father this afternoon and filed a complaint. I noticed the same guy who was helping my boyfriend and I out on Sunday and the same man at the cash register. While waiting at the register for customers in front of us to finish, a different gentlemen approached my father and I asking what we needed help with. My father explained the situation to him which the man replies “yes it’s fake, why would I tell you that?”. He then proceeded to say that he remembered me and told me it was fake prior to purchasing but that was also a lie because he was NOT the employee assisting us on Sunday and we made sure to ask before buying, and they said it was authentic Sony when they knew it wasn’t. They say they buy from the original manufacturer but the original manufacturer would never sell fake products of their own so they need to get their stories in line. Asked for my refund to be returned to the debit card I used to make the original purchase, but instead, received $67 cash when my total was $67.80. Not to get upset over $0.80 but after my experience with this store, they did not deserve a cent from me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. They are crooks and will do anything to make a quick buck. Better to buy from a reputable seller than the dishonest men working here. Will never shop here again.

so many fake reviews... PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. I'm not very happy with the experience i had. bought a usb to usb cable, first of all it was without any package, just a simple wire which they sold me for $8. same stuff i could have bought from dollarama for $4, but dollarama was out of stock and i really needed to tranfer my files from old laptop to new one. before buying i specifically asked the guy if it would work for laptop to laptop transfer, he said yes. Turns out I can not do it without a specific usb data transfer cable".Now it was not on me

Really bad experience here. Got both of my camera lens fixed, mind that the actual camera wasn’t broken it was just the glass. I got both “ fixed “ on my iphone 11… paid around $65 dollars. My camera wasn’t the same every since and is blurry // won’t focus // super bad pictures in settings where there is lots of sunlight. the new glass the repair man put on is super bad as my camera focuses on the GLASS instead of what i’m actually taking a picture of. We told them about this issue and he said “ it was your camera all i did was fix the lens”. This was my last straw , they didn’t want to take accountability for their mistakes so i just took the loss… 3 months later both of the glass lenses literally FALL off. i usually don’t leave reviews , but please AVOID this place at ALL costs. Save your $$$
