Real challenge trying to get a hold of someone, their hours are all different on their Google listing, website, and phone messages. Their phones go straight to voicemail after 3:30pm.I ordered on their website, and I’m excited to see how the order arrives :)Edit to respond: I'm glad you're busy! It's awesome to see a local business thrive. Yeah, I had left a couple voicemails this week. It'd be cool to have the phones not automatically forward to voicemail for the last half hour of the day. And, Google Reviews are how I let your other prospective customers know that they've gotta call before 3:30pm.

Horrible customer service, rude and incompetent. Poorly operated business and also unethical, they will try and scam or rip you off. They act nice until they get your money. I wouldn't trust them on a big project, in fact I wont shop there again and will make sure to spread the word.

I ordered a big yellow bag of dirt from these guys, it was easy and fast, no messing around. The day before my order came I realised i would need an extra bag, so I ordered it last minute figuring it would come the next week. It showed up the next day with my first bag, I even got a big discount I wasn't expecting... I'll definitely order more fron these guys, I have a whole backyard to level out.

Do not order bulk materials, a rip off or don't pay in full until it's delivered!!!. I ordered 30 yards of loam. I asked beforehand what size and type of truck it will be delivered in. They don't supply this much bulk so they contract it out. Once they have your money, you are screwed and they don't care what gets shipped. It's between you and the trucker and you have no leg to stand on. The driver showed up in a 10 yard tandem and a pup and delivered between 8-9 yards per tandem and pup. When I complained, the Eagle lake guy basically called me a liar.We cancelled our orders for yellow bags also. Great product but I am not dealing with a dishonest business like this ever again.

Another great experience with this company. I have a large yard and I am always ordering bags of soil. They offer a variety of quality soils for all my landscaping/gardening needs and I know that when I plant throughout my yard whether it's for my veggie garden, flowers or trees/shrubs they are getting a great start when I use the soil from Eagle Lake's Big Yellow Bag. They are friendly, quick with delivery and accurate to it's placement in my yard.

Ordered some bulk decorative rock to be used in a residential application and was by far best price relative to competitors (by a material amount for washed round rock). I called and asked for a Friday delivery during their busy time of year and was no problem and delivered on time. Super simple process and would highly recommend to anyone that has a landscape project.

Customer Service was exceptional! I received the order within 1 day of ordering. There was a quality control issue some of the rock that I was delivered but my concern was dealt with immediately and they rectified the situation and addressed all of my concerns. I have not received this level of customer service in years.
