Wing Hing Watch

My whole family has been bringing their watches to Wing Hing Watch for decades. The owner is a master watch technician and is very well respected in the community as evidenced by numerous clients bringing Rolex and Omega and other high end watches to be repaired. I just bring my more humble watches to get a $4 battery replacement. I have never been disappointed.

Not a good choice. Expensive and bad customer service.

The shop owner is knowledgeable & honest. Will go back again.

Don’t expect he is a decent watch maker. He is slow and his hand is shaking. And he is not that nice. He scratched my omega watch when replacing battery. I think he should retired.

Was refused service, without explanation. Clearly had watch straps, but would not let me look. I was polite and friendly, as always. Seems to know how to serve customers of his background, though.

Changed the battery for my Fossil watch for $10. Nice experience.

Last time I came was a year ago, I had two of my wife's watch batteries replaced. The store owner, who is also the watch technician was really efficient and he did a good job.I think his advertisement of $4 per battery replacement is a bit misleading. It should say Starting from" since all watch batteries are not the same. The ones for my wife's watches were a bit more expensive.Nonetheless still quite cheap comparing to other establishments

Been coming here to replace my watch batteries for years here but this time will be the last. Owner is getting old. Was slow and shaky and then proceeded to turn my clock face to a crooked position in the process. Good thing I noticed before I left. And when I asked him to fix it, the new battery came off and rolled onto the floor. He placed another new battery in but kept on mumbling that he used 2 batteries for me but is charging me only one even though it was his fault for bumbling the process. I noticed there were quite a few batteries on the floor and made me wonder if this was his MO. The $4 sign is certainly misleading because he will probably always give you a story about how your watch needs a more expensive battery but come on, $15 for a battery? He should be glad I didn’t just walk out.
